DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I have bought two used Volvos from DarCars Volvo in Rockville, Maryland and had excellent service from them. If you want a Volvo, this is where you should go! We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

Volvo Cars Silver SpringReviews
Volvo Cars Silver Spring review
I’m in the process of ordering a volvo fleet vehicle. I stopped by the silver spring MD Volvo on two different occasions and each time I was greeted by Patel. He took the time to review the key features, pros and highlights of every vehicle on my list. I would highly recommend working with Patel if you are in the market for a Volvo. He was honest, genuine and willing to help even when he knew I wasn’t in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you Patel!
2023 Volvo XC40 review
After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Koons Volvo Cars White MarshReviews
Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I have purchased 7 Volvos over the years from different dealers, but never had as good an experience as I did buying a certified XC 60 with the help of salesman Travis Moore at Koons Volvo. We were buying from out of state and Travis took my call and from the beginning was professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly took the time to make us a personalized video of the car we were interested in and provided us with a full Car Fax report and other details about the car which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with him. When I flew into town to buy it, Travis picked me up at my hotel and had the vehicle detailed, recall work updated and he made the whole process efficient and transparent. Travis is a trustworthy and honest person who was a pleasure to work with. His authenticity and candor made me feel like I was working with a friend, not just a salesman. I highly recommend connecting with Travis Moore as your sales professional to enhance and enjoy the process of purchasing your next vehicle. You'll be glad you did.

Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

Koons Volvo Cars White Marsh review
I had an AMAZING experience with this dealership! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. A HUGE shoutout to Travis and Rob for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! As an 18-year-old female buying her first car on her own, I was a little nervous going into the process, but they made me feel comfortable, respected, and confident in my decision. They weren’t pushy, made me feel pressured, or gave me that uncomfortable feeling you can sometimes get at other dealerships. Instead, they were genuinely helpful, patient, and made sure I had a great experience. I truly appreciate how they treated me and helped make such a big milestone in my life special! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Travis and Rob, for making buying my first car such a positive experience!

Volvo Cars Silver Spring review
Excellent service, I liked my new car. Very good experience, price, attention, follow-up and resolution of doubts.
2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

I have been continually satisfied with Koons Volvo from initial purchase to service visits and customer service interactions. The very nice and Wi-Fi enabled showroom and waiting area makes it easy to wait for a service visit while cranking out work at one of the table tops. I had such a great experience working with both Vito & Christian. My wife and I were leasing an XC90 through Volvo Annapolis and wanted to talk through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Vito & Christian and the finance team were more than helpful and helped us make the decision to buy the Volvo. The process was so smooth and easy, we were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I could not recommend working with Vito or Christian anymore. Thanks again!

Beautiful dealership inside and out. Large selection of cars. Our salesman, Jackson Holtzman, was great! He was professional, polite, friendly and a good listener. We never felt rushed or pressured. After buying our new car, Corey Cross, the Product Specialist , spent about an hour or so going over all the amazing features of this car. Corey also did a great job! Big thank you to everyone at Annapolis Volvo who made the whole process easy.

I was referred by my parents and it was the best experience. I was looking for a vehicle to accommodate my family, at a decent price. And National did that!
2023 Volvo XC40 review
Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Found a vehicle on Truecar that I liked & went to dealership to check it out. Car was super clean, detailed & took for a test drive. Had a car to possibly trade & they gave me a fair price. A no hassle, stress free transaction from the minute we walked into the dealership till the minute we drove away in a newer SUV. Glen Carter was very professional, knowledgeable and easy going. Talked with Finance, Bianca, and signed some papers & was out the door. Highly recommend this dealer ship!!

I really appreciated the no pressure sales process. The test drive area outside of the dealership was also a nice plus as i was able to size up the XC90 v XC60. I was also pleasantly surprised by the low pressure, accommodating feel we got from the finance officer. Much appreciated. The vehicle was perfectly staged for pickup and looked great. I also want to mention that the sales person (Jamer) called to check in with me a few days later.

The overall experience was spectacular, which predicated my return for a 2nd vehicle. I purchased a XC90 in 2019 and had such an awesome experience that I returned to trade in my truck to lease a S60. Everyone (sales, financing, service with an extensive COVID-19 clean, managers, etc.) were exceptional!

Beyer Volvo Cars DullesReviews
Beyer Volvo Cars Dulles review
Great experience at Don Beyer in Dulles. I drove about 4 hours from Roanoke to get the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. I might have bought it sight unseen, but have been burned by less truthful dealers in the past and wasn't willing to take the chance. On arrival I found exactly the car they had advertised in great condition. There weren't any scuffs or scratches that they were trying to obscure and there weren't any smells they were trying to perfume over. Within 30 minutes of getting to the dealership we had a deal. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. All car buying takes longer than I want it to, but they made it as comfortable and efficient as possible and I drove away happy. When the salesman Lonnell Bond found a beat up old coffee mug I'd accidentally left behind in my trade in vehicle, he promptly mailed it back to me! In the future I would buy a car sight unseen from Mr Bond and have him ship it to me. There are very few dealerships I would trust with that.
