My car needed to have something done to the power steering. It was a recall issue. The staff was very helpful from start to finish. I scheduled my appointment online. I had to change the date and I had no difficulties in doing so. Since it took 4 hrs to repair my car, I did not wait for it. When it came time to for me to pick my car up, I was late getting back to the shop. I thought the shop closes at 5:30 and I thought it closed at 7 pm. The staff was still there when I got there and they were nice enough to let me get my car. Also, they added air to my tires and checked my engine oil level. I am a satisfied customer. Because of the service I receive, I am considering purchasing my next car from Wynne Ford.
