The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They are not a high pressure sales team so I did not feel rushed in to a decision at any point during my visit there. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely confident with them and the entire purchasing process.

Lexus of AlbuquerqueReviews
Lexus of Albuquerque review
Richard was my salesman, very attentive, very responsive, very helpful. Jacob is the knowledge man. He knows every single button, switch, command, trick, gadget in every vehicle. He drove 45 minutes to my home to show me the inns and outs of my vehicle and programmed my garage door openers. If he doesn’t get commission he should! Daniel in the service department was my service representative. Every, single person I have dealt with at Lexus has been absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever! The cars are incredible, but it’s the customer service that will keep you going back.

If there were 30 Volvo dealerships in the area I would still pick Ken Garff Volvo downtown. Sales, Finance, and Service are so easy to work with. They give you the best deal up front so there is no haggling and service is so easy. I have been working with them for 6 yrs and have not had a bad interaction. Highly recommend.
