Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. Thank you Debbie for the excellent service!

DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at DARCARS Fairfax! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt confident and comfortable throughout our car-buying journey. A special shoutout to Kelly Vafadar, our sales consultant, who provided outstanding service! Her attention to detail, ability to clearly explain the key features of the Volvo we were considering, and genuine care made the process seamless. Kelly’s wealth of knowledge and attentiveness ensured my family was comfortable every step of the way, and her proactive approach to addressing potential issues was greatly appreciated. The General Manager, John, also took the time to personally address our concerns, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care. Together with Kelly, they resolved every issue, leaving us completely satisfied. Ryan in finance was equally fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and working within our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to this amazing team, we drove away not only with a great car but also with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and caring hands. I am proud to be part of such an amazing community. I’ll definitely be returning to DARCARS Fairfax for our next upgrade. Highly recommend!

Volvo Cars Silver Spring review
I’m in the process of ordering a volvo fleet vehicle. I stopped by the silver spring MD Volvo on two different occasions and each time I was greeted by Patel. He took the time to review the key features, pros and highlights of every vehicle on my list. I would highly recommend working with Patel if you are in the market for a Volvo. He was honest, genuine and willing to help even when he knew I wasn’t in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you Patel!

DARCARS Volvo Cars Fairfax review
Found a vehicle on Truecar that I liked & went to dealership to check it out. Car was super clean, detailed & took for a test drive. Had a car to possibly trade & they gave me a fair price. A no hassle, stress free transaction from the minute we walked into the dealership till the minute we drove away in a newer SUV. Glen Carter was very professional, knowledgeable and easy going. Talked with Finance, Bianca, and signed some papers & was out the door. Highly recommend this dealer ship!!

Beyer Volvo Cars Falls Church review
We initially went to another Volvo dealer to test drive an XC40 and was not impressed with their level of engagement and professionalism. Luckily, the next day, we met Koffi Niamke-Bervell from Don Beyer Volvo. Koffi offered to come to our house to bring the car we wanted to test drive. He gave us a detailed introduction to how the car worked, the types of packages we could purchase and overall, was competent, friendly, and polite. He was very patient with our requests and he was able to find us what we consider to be the perfect car for us. Thank you so much!!

We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!
