Had a terrific experience buying an XC-60. Ashley knew the car well and answered our questions directly. We asked to drive several cars before we chose the 2022 B5 but Ashley was patient and pleasant as we made the decision. Excellent dealership!

Ashley Bush made our purchasing experience less painful and it was an amazing experience working with her. She was very knowledgeable and her insight made us feel very confident There was no pressure to purchase our car. The finance manager Greg Trask was great and help us to get throuhg all of the paper work with ease. He was well prepared and very accomodating. Ashley was very friendly and cordial and really work with us to get in the vehicle we like. It was one of the best experience we had in purhasing a vehicle. We highly recommend Volvo Mall of Georgia in purchasing a vehicle at this location

Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.

North Point Volvo CarsReviews
North Point Volvo Cars review
Overall, I had a good experience with this North Point Volvo. The sales process was smooth, everyone was professional, and I felt comfortable purchasing my Volvo from them. The biggest challenge came after the sale. Communication during the delivery and title process was inconsistent, and I often felt like I had to follow up for updates. My temporary tag expired before I received the title, which was frustrating, and there were several delays without clear communication. That said, they ultimately took care of everything. They not only got the title to me but also handled my license plates, which I appreciated. While I wish the communication throughout the process had been better, they did follow through in the end. If they can improve the post-sale communication and keep customers better informed during delays, I think the overall experience would be excellent.

I just bought a Volvo XC90 and so far I love it. I haven't had a new car in almost 10 years. We worked with Anthony and he was great. We kept going up to test drive it and he was so easy going. Always made time for us. After we bought it, he sat in the car with us and showed us all the features the car has. He was great to work with.

It was wonderful. Truly no pressure. A firrst for me. Anthony worked so hard for us. He was amazing. We asked alot of questions. If he did not know the answer, he would go and get it. He even called us at home with some info we had requested. He listened to our concerns, and made sure he addressed each concern. Anthony's kindness and attention to detail convinced us to buy that day, which we were not planning on doing. Thanks, Anthony
