Super friendly with great patient. Their attitude made me shopping my new car here. Thanks Michael!
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

We went to Volvo of Exeter after an unsatisfactory visit to the Concord Volvo dealer. Very glad we did. Michael Coogan of the Exeter dealership was knowledgeable, helpful, and low key. We've never had such a pleasant experience buying a car.

Alex was extremely helpful with my repair situation. Volvo on Call came quickly and took care of the situation. Impressive! They got me on the road and Merrimack St. Service took my car in right away to handle the repair. Service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I left with a shiny, clean road ready vehicle! A very positive experience!

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

Mike M was excellent to deal with. My wife and I felt no pressure to rush our decision. We purchased an XC90, and Mike did a thorough job explaining the working details of the vehicle. Also, it should be noted that this is the first time we have returned to buy a second vehicle from the same dealership which speaks to how well we have been treated by Portland Volvo.
