2023 Volvo XC60 review
I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

He is thoroughly professional, and he is an excellent ambassador for a company that delivers on the promise of superb service, which one hopes for when paying for Volvo - I was well taken care of - and it's highly appreciated - especially during these stressful times. We're currently living upstate, but I preferred to take care of this in Manhattan, instead of establishing a new relationship with an upstate dealer, and I am glad I did so.

All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
2023 Volvo XC60 review
Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
