It’s our first all-electric vehicle, and the people who work at Volvo, from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we drove off the lot, treated us with courtesy and care that was beyond our previous experiences of buying cars. Stephen “Cap” O’Connell and Ty Kiner understood our needs and preferences, introduced us to just the right car and helped us effect the trade-in of our existing vehicle. The purchase price was arrived at without a lot of hassle; and Julio Molina, Finance Manager, was efficient and courteous in processing the paperwork.
