Who knew I would buy a Volvo but after test driving the XC90 R-Design I knew I could move forward and enjoy this vehicle for years. It is sporty and comfortable. The safety features and driver technology options are amazing although maybe a bit overwhelming at first. I feel and hope it will be the best overall car I have owned.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Super attractive SUV ! BUT , the headrests jam one's neck so far forward, it caused us neck pain, and the dealer ignored us . Any MD or Chiropractor would look at this seat profile and lament it . XC90 performs so well ! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker . Also just to change the station or adjust the fan/AC/heat is a 4 step process on a screen = major distracted driving !! Love 90% of this vehicle ; but the above is a deal breaker . Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again.

Hello Wayne Mazda, I just picked up my 2018 CX-5 Touring from your dealership on June 1st. The car is great so far and I'm happy to have it for the next 3 years. I wanted to tell you about my experience during the buying process. I'm pretty fastidious when it comes to selecting a car and I did my homework again with this car. I was circling around Toyota, Honda and Mazda and when I finally picked the CX-5 I worked with many different dealerships and brokers. I'll be honest with you, I was steering clear of Wayne Mazda because of a perceived reputation that has permeated North Jersey. I know sometimes these reputations can be somewhat clouded with falsehoods, but it definitely had an effect on how I was making my way through the search. I worked with approx. 6-8 dealerships in the NY/NJ/PA area and I ended up coming back to Wayne Mazda because of the way I was treated by Jaquis Saylor. First of all Jaquis is very knowledgeable about cars in general and how they work and perform. He is also quite knowledgeable about the Mazda line of cars and each of its features. It was refreshing to get these little tidbits on how the Sport mode works with regards to the gas consumption. He threw several interesting/pertinent factoids my way during the time in your dealership. Also with Jaquis at no time was there any overt or even a slight bit of a hard sell. He just listened to what my request was and tried to make it happen. We started out with a number in the beginning of the process and when it was time to make the deal at the end of May, we came upon a dollar amount that work for me. So in effect, it was my relationship with Jaquis that sealed the deal for Wayne Mazda. He set the groundwork out to enable this deal to happen with me and I want to say it was a pleasant sales process. Regards, Tom D I do want to mention that Nalda Duran was very helpful with the finance process. She took her time to explain each document where I had some questions. I wanted to make sure that all of the numbers were in a line with what I had discussed with Jaquis. Nalda was very pleasant and helpful.

A well made and safe SUV. Plenty of space and interior fantastic, best in class by a mile in terms of quality and looks. Exterior good looking although the rear end is a bit bland. Performance, acceleration and mpg (diesel) disappointing. Needs a V6 diesel or make the ridiculously expensive Polestar chip standard. if ever there was an admission by Volvo their cars are slightly underpowered the Polestar option confirms it. Overall safe, very good looks and underpowered. Would have one though for safety and looks alone but on condition Volvo reduced the price slightly to an acceptable level given the inadequate performance.

Going through the process of buying a car sucks. If you actually enjoy it, then I can only assume you like other fun things like paying taxes, unclogging toilets, and papercuts. I was perfectly content with my awesome VW TDI until the whole Dieselgate scandal went down. Even then, I would've bought another VW with my buyout money, until I saw this Ford Fusion Sport. Awesome car, but was it enough for me to switch? It was when I saw the listing from Prestige Volvo for a used, 2017. First thing I noticed is that is was the lowest priced 2017 Ford Fusion Sport on a nationwide search using one of the car apps. The other thing was that it had all the options. Ok, it doesn't have the Active Park Assist, where it parks the car for you. That's fine since I've known how to park a car for years now. But all the bells and whistles, and the lowest price? Had to be a catch somewhere. I sent an email asking for more info, and Tina (AKA Lady Fantastic) was in touch with me almost immediately. She took the time to do TWO video walkarounds of the car. She showed every inch of the exterior and interior, twice. Two times. She did this in a walking boot, having sustained a foot injury while saving some nuns from a group of muggers using her kickboxing skills. Oh, it's true. The listing also had the Carfax readily available to inspect. I asked her to send me a breakdown of the total price, all in. Very standard stuff. Taxes, title, tags, and the $399 processing fee was super reasonable (I've seen dealers with a processing fee of $1000+) No catches. Just a great price, on what was looking like a great car. Savvy me decided to negotiate for the next scheduled maintenance to be done before I agreed to buy. Tina called me and said that it had already been done, AND they put new brakes on its front and rear. I'll just shut up now and hand you my money. We agreed to meet up on a Wednesday evening. Delays caused me to get there a little before 9 pm. They close at 8, and although I am certain everyone wanted to go home after a long day, Tina and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and inviting. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and driving my Ford Fusion home. I had told Tina the day before that after I picked up the car, I was driving straight to White Castle for celebratory burgers. And guess what? She actually plugged it into the GPS so when I fired up the car for the first time, it was ready to take me right there. Yep. Oh, did I mention that I came up from the Washington D.C. area to buy this car? I did because that was the level of service and care I received from Tina and the rest of Prestige Volvo. Let me also mention that they are reimbursing my taxi fare from the airport, AND when I arrived, Tina told me that she accidentally did the calculations wrong and she overquoted me by $90. Most dealers would keep their mouths shut and pocket the money. Not Tina. Top notch, and high class all the way. If you're in the market for a new car and are within a reasonable distance from East Hanover, NJ, take my advice and contact Prestige Volvo and ask for Tina. If you don't, then you aren't very smart and I can't help you. The car's amazing by the way.

My wife and I don't enjoy shopping for a new car. In fact, we usually buy a car and keep it so well maintained that we don???t need to visit car showrooms often. However, our experience with Ron Landstrom at Prestige Volvo was very different from beginning to end. Some background; we initiated contact online and the web liaison, Irene, reached out to us the same day. I explained what type of vehicle we were interested in buying and she provided us a daily inventory update via email. I had to reschedule several test drives and Irene accommodated the rescheduling, no problem. FYI, we were trading in our 2013 Infiniti JX 35 and Prestige provided a sight unseen trade-in valuation. Our Infiniti was in excellent condition and the dealership honored the sight unseen valuation. I went in alone for a test drive on a Wednesday because, if my wife doesn???t like the salesperson, it will kill any potential deal. Ron and I talked for about 20 minutes and I prayed that my wife wouldn???t hate him. Before a test drive, I told Ron I would be right back. My wife and I returned an hour later and Ron was very busy and fortunately very good at multitasking. He arranged several test drives, then answered all questions clearly. Ron wasn???t pushy, which is key with us. Afterwards we went home to talk it over. My wife liked Ron Landstrom. She said he was a consummate professional. I agreed. We leased-- which I have never done before--a Volvo XC90. Ron managed all the financing info by phone and we picked up the vehicle two days later. Seamless. Also thank you Pat! We felt like we were treated fairly, respected as people and that our business was appreciated. Don???t ever change!

I've been a loyal Volvo owner for over twenty years. The office admin & sales personnel that I interacted with (Todd Garno - sales) made my purchasing decision an easy one. They were outstanding & I was extremely pleased with the value of my 2012 Volvo S60. However, an unexpected problem did come up three weeks after my purchase. One of the cells in my car battery went bad making it impossible to start the car by simply turning on the ignition. Instead I needed several jump starts over the course of several days to start the car. When I brought the car in to to Prestige Volvo (the dealership) to have this issue rectified, Todd (my salesman) interceded on my behalf to ensure that I received a new battery at no cost even though the was no extended warranty coverage for the battery. This service was certainly appreciated!

I want one. Overpriced in full featured trim. I still would pay more though if I needed one. 0 to 120 very quickly, I did it. Salesman peed his pants! Dealer would kill me if I went back.

I leased a 2016 S60 to replace my 2013 S60 (lease was ending). I live about 40 miles away from Prestige, so at first it wasn't my go-to dealership. But after my local dealership, along with the one where I leased my 2013 S60 pretty much refused to deal with me until my lease was up I turned to Prestige. And what a great turn of events it turned out to be! First, I reached out to Jay Rosen (who worked on my car before) and he replied right away saying: wait for a call, we'll take care of you. Then, less than 30 minutes after, Matt Haiken called me and we made a deal on the phone in less than 10 minutes. That was 4 months before my lease was up. The car I wanted needed to be a special order, because I wanted certain packages/options that are just never available together otherwise. Fast forward about 3+ months after the order - and I was picking up my car. The process was smooth with no surprises (no extra charges, no hassle - the payment was exactly what we had agreed upon with Matt 3 months before). Matt did the paperwork himself (about 10-15 minutes overall, because I spent some time deciding which protection plan to buy). Matt introduced me to Ron Landstrom, who took care of everything else: lease return, insurance information confirmation, plates, etc. All in all, this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car. The most important thing for me during this whole process was that for the first time I dealt with people who knew the product inside out. I respect that a lot. And everyone kept their word every step of the way. There's no question that the next Volvo lease I get, after this one ends, will be from Prestige. P.S. Dealing with Matt was so great, that I'll be considering getting a Kia (his other dealership) to replace my Hyundai Sonata in a couple of years. Just so I could deal with him, because I know it'll be a great deal and a very pleasant experience.

The interior is comfortable and very classy. Sound system great. So far it has been a dependable safe car to drive. The car gets good gas mileage and easy to drive. The entertainment/navigation is on a nice big touch screen that is easy to use. The only fault with this car is having to turn the auto start/stop feature off manually on the touch screen every time you drive it. The auto start/stop is an annoying feature and I feel it puts too much stress on the engine.

The technology you get in the XC90 is purely impressive based on what you pay for. Comfortable and a pleasure to drive. The Volvo was definitely an upgrade from the Range Rover I previously had.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you as a follow-up from my service appointment on May 22, 2018. I have had an ongoing problem with my 2014 Honda Crosstour. When I start the car I push the start button along with the brake and I get a high pitched noise. I turn the car off and retry sometimes having to do this more than once, as the car does not always start. This happens two, sometimes 3 times per week. Initially, I brought my car in for service on June 6, 2017 and a new starter was installed. In January, 2018, I brought the car back to the dealer with the same problem. The service people could not find a problem. As the problem was never resolved, on May 22, 1018. I again brought the car back to the dealer: still couldn???t find a problem. I was told told bring the car back in and leave it for the day so they could check it by starting it throughout the day. This procedure was also done when the car was there in January of this year. (problem unidentified) I have spoken with other Honda owners online and they are having the same problem, and receiving no solution. What???s up with that? This is my 5th Honda but quite possibly my last. The service writers, especially Allison Hull, has been sympathetic to my plight, however this is not getting my car fixed. I was a Jeep girl...it took 25 years and 3 kids to get me out of one. Unfourtantly 3 car seats do not fit in the back seat of a Jeep. I did not want a monster sized suv and a mini van situation was not happenening. We bought 3 Clek car seats (the car seats you can fit 3 across) and headed to Volvo, Audi, and Lincoln....the car seats fit in an XC90, Q7, and a MKX, but the safety features, add'l cameras, and the sporty drive on the XC90 won me over. We love driving it and the kids love it. It's so luxurious. I feel bad saying so but I kinda don't miss my Jeep.

This car is rock solid! It has every safety feature there in the book while providing comfort and performance. I thought I'd give up performance when I traded my Volvo V8 XC90 for the new 4 cylinder engine. What a surprise to find the power and zest delivered by the turbo and super charged engine with the 8 speed transmission. I added the Polestar and it was a welcomed addition. I just rented a Cadillac Escalade on a ski trip and couldn't wait to get back to my Volvo.

We previously had XC-60 2012 R design, we didn't think we could be happier, since we had no problems and were extremely satisfied with it, however, the 2017 r design XC-90 has exceeded our expectations, I was concerned going from 6 cylinder to 4, however, this engine is more than acceptable, extra features on 90 are great, and as usual Volvo seats are superior.
