After a string of frustrations with one dealer I walked away and then approached Boston Volvo instead. From my first email contact, Boston Volvo’s Nelson Duarte was helpful, prompt, and communicated with me exactly how I needed to be reached throughout the process. I am limited to text and email communication throughout usual business hours. Despite the hurdles and asynchronous nature of email and text, Nelson met me where I was, answered all my questions, and provided great service. Beyond Nelson I was/am highly satisfied with my Boston Volvo experience. Within 24 hours I was able to survey Boston Volvo’s inventory online, find the car nearest my desired purchase, contact Boston Volvo with my interest, received prompt response, found answers to all my questions via email and text through the day on a Friday, arranged a purchase price, trade in, financing, and later installation of desired options and then on Saturday morning I picked up the car with a 5 year-old in tow. Ultimately I was given a better set of options in purchasing the vehicle I wanted, and I felt so much more satisfied with the terms! I was impressed with the service culture at Boston Volvo and pleased to see the staff worked together so well. I know Nelson and the sales manager were very coordinated in helping me get to a set of options that made my purchase possible. The culture of the staff was evident from my first arrival 15 min past close on a Friday when an associate interrupted his own departure for the evening to address me in the parking lot and make sure I was being helped, then notified Nelson for me who was also delaying his Friday evening departure to help me with my purchase. When I picked up the car on Saturday morning Nelson was welcoming to my 5 year old who was with me as well. While preparing the car and processing paperwork the front desk attendant was warm and hospitable to my daughter and me. My daughter loves looking at cars and we were encouraged to walk the upstairs showroom. My daughter had a blast and loved the older model Volvos on display and getting in and out of the XC40s and wagons up there as well. Admittedly though she may have enjoyed the elevator the most. The finance manager, Jose, was friendly and patient in walking me through all the details of my purchase, and in explaining, multiple times, all the nuances of the protection packages on offer. The Monday after pick up, Nelson picked up the car at my house to have one of the options installed and returned it to later that day. I am greatly satisfied with the attention to detail and service Boston Volvo provides. Many many people will be hearing about my great experience at Boston Volvo. Thank you again

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. Josh and Josh were great in the interactions I had with them, friendly and no pressure whatsoever. I felt they had some limitations on the knowledge of the recharge vehicle that they will get better at I'm sure over time since it is a new product. There was some minor confusion in finance with the loan rate, initially it was disclosed by the financer at 0.99 during our meeting, then it went up to 1.99 (0.99 was noted as a mistake initially) which is where I was told was the actual rate and was what I financed, but then the next day it was noted on the website back down to 0.99 where it still is today, so that felt a little uncomfortable. The extended warranty options were a bit confusing as there were additional aftermarket protections offered in addition to the 10 year 125,000 mile product that was purchased. If there was a 10 year product with less mileage I would have been more happy with that as I don't drive many miles, but it was not suggested. Overall delivery was efficient and comfortable. The volvo car website has great information. The volvo on call app is still very rudimentary and a work in progress. But I am very happy with my vehicle.

Dan in service was helpful and got my car in and out quickly. One of the salespeople on the floor went out of his way to help someone who needed a roof rack. There were none in stock so he took one off a car in the showroom so that he could leave on his camping trip with a new roof rack. It was service and kindness that went above and beyond.

Paul did an excellent job with our Volvo. Service was very nice and a nice wash and vacum.

My service for my Volvo at Herb Chambers Volvo Cars of Norwood was my first appointment at a Herb Chambers dealership. I was impressed when entering that the lobby presented a clean and pleasant appearance. After I drove my vehicle into the service garage a friendly professional service representative directed me to a customer service representative. The customer service representative immediately pulled my service request for review. It was immediately apparent Mr. Colin A. is very knowledgeable of Volvo automobile technology and repair procedures. Additionally, Mr. A. has excellent client communication; my questions were answered quickly and with a clear, understandably explanation. Later in the day, Mr. Ayers contacted me to recommend that the Volvo's tires be rotated. He, again, explained in detail why he made this recommendation. This is an example of the level of detail inspection that Herb Chambers Volvo conducts when servicing your vehicle.

Was in for routine maintenance and a warranty recall. Waited for the car so overheard the service staff interact with many customers. They were uniformly courteous, professional and helpful to all. My car was ready at the time promised. A great experience

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

I have been a customer of wellesley volvo for many years . I have recently had some terrible interactions with them .From the second I entered Boston Volvo I felt it was worth the extra ride to have them as my place of service. Manny in particular was so welcoming,informative,knowledgeable and just off the charts WONDERFUL! A goodbye Wellesley hello Boston Volvo.I now have the confidence that any Volvo owner should have!

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I can’t say enough about this dealership and it’s owner. I’ve been searching for a nice affordable luxury car with low mileage and all of the Bells and whistles with no success. I would get to the dealership and experience bait and switch, undisclosed imperfections, astronomical fees, and dealers looking to only finance in order to make more money on the back end. What a nightmare. Luckily, I found Phillip on cars.com. He was upfront and VERY honest about everything. He treated me like a family member and gave me the car that I Needed, wanted and could afford with no added fees. He went above and beyond with my plates and getting the car ready in less than 24 hours for me. I will DEFINITELY use him again for an electric/hybrid SUV and recommend him to my friends and family. Btw, my mom loved him and she is The MOST skeptical person I know!

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

I had an excellent experience. My salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. I was there for a total of three hours and drove away with a Porsche Macan!

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.
