Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. We will be back when it is time to get another car.
Just bought a used Ford F-250. Very, very smooth transition. I’m not used to this kind ohhf car dealership. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Very nice salespeople. Everyone is very straightforward and they have a nice selection of Subaru's. They even offered to let me test drive a car from the FW location up to Warsaw to test drive a car up there.
Very soon after I sent an inquiry on Cars.com Jason sent a personalized video of the car. We were able to meet with Jason a couple of days later and purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jason Alt.
Rob, the service director is so nice and made it so easy to bring my car in for my first service appointment. He is always so nice and answers all my questions and very friendly. I was able to get a car to use while they worked on it. The service did not even take that long.
Justin fits the role of an automobile advisor, not what we typically think of when we think car salesman. He is a straight shooter and open and honest hroughout the whole car buying process. We never felt pressured, we felt supported through our decision. He spent hours with us explaining the leasing versus buying and never once did we feel rushed or an inconvenience. Then after we purschssed the car he took a great deal of time going through all the features of the Jeep. He also assured us that he wasn???t just our advisor through this purchase, but also throughout the entire time we have the vehicle until our purchase. We???ve owned the car for 5 days and we know for sure we our Jeep owners and customers of Justin???s for life.
I would like to commend Fort Wayne Toyota service dept. for their professional assistance repairing my 2016 Tacoma. The master Tech, service advisors, service mgr., rental/loaner person all were very helpful and made my experience worry free.

Awesome service, and not too pushy. I was concerned about the car’s brakes after test driving, and they had them replaced the next day first thing. They held the car off the market for me until I could get there the next day!

I did not buy a truck from them BUT I was very impressed. I decided to go a different route than what they could provide but I had driven thousands of miles to see trucks and had been less than impressed. This dealer was able to provide trucks better than any I had seen in weeks of looking for my "perfect" vehicle. IF they did have what I decided I wanted, I have no doubt at all it would have been top notch quality and dang near the best price in the country. They had good vehicles and fair prices and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very clear communication, no pressure, just a dang good dealer. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
I've purchased several cars/trucks here for myself and family over the years. Each time I've gotten the model I'm looking for at the best price I can literally find anywhere, not sure how they manage it but it's impressive. Most importantly though I've always wound up with a great vehicle. Credit to their team for selling quality cars. They've earned my loyalty and I often refer friends and family to Best Deal which says a lot.
Since my latest truck purchase a couple years ago I've been going to the service center for routine maintenance. I should have been all along, would have saved me from some bad experiences with shady mechanics. I just had a tune up on my truck and my schedule was tight, Alan the service manager squeezed me in and truck back in time, never had VIP treatment like that before.
I hope this review helps someone that is looking for a trustworthy dealership. I'm happy to give these guys a good word after 12 years of satisfied purchases and the fact they've made minor issues right that they really didn't have to.
