Stoler Lexus review
Just bought a new Lexus ES 350h from Stoler Lexus in Farmingdale, NY and it was a wonderful experience. The dealership is great and I can’t say enough good things about it. Working with Gabriella was a truly positive experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and manufacturer options. She was professional, confident and respectful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

2022 Volvo XC90 review
I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

2024 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
After driving this “wagon” I don’t know why anyone would buy an SUV. It drives like a sedan but has the storage of an SUV. Very stylish and smooth ride. Love the fine leather seats and features in my “Ultimate” version. Best car I’ve ever driven. At 30,000 miles now and super happy with everything.

2023 Volvo XC40 review
This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. She ensured the entire finalization process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It is clear that Kristin sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the dealership. Knowing that the leadership team, like Kristin, is committed to excellence makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, pleasant, and first-class experience, ask for Lana Vladi. The combined dedication of Lana and Kristin makes this dealership truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

this is a very nice vehicle - even nicer than I expected. Drives well, has good options, and very few flaws - and the review needs more words. Black on black with most options.

I worked with The service technician whose name is Nash – he was wonderful! Professional, listens well and very helpful. Many thanks to all there especially you and Nash!
2024 Volvo S60 review
After needing to replace my Infiniti Q40, I landed on the stylish Volvo S60. Coming from a 350bhp sports sedan, the S60 feels more like a smooth touring sedan rather than a performance machine—it’s a different breed, a more refined one. Comfort & Space At 6'1" and 240lbs, head clearance and shoulder width are non-negotiable for me when choosing a car. Many options, like the BMW 3 Series (which made me hit my head on entry/exit) and the Toyota Camry (too narrow in the shoulders), didn’t make the cut. The S60, however, offers ample leg and shoulder room, and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Performance The S60 is quick and smooth. My Infiniti was undeniably fast, and while the Volvo doesn’t compare in raw power, I never feel underwhelmed. It’s got enough pep to confidently pass traffic, and—based on experience—it’ll leave an X3 or X5 behind at the merge lane. 😄 Interior & Features The cabin design is sleek, luxurious, and built with high-quality materials. Everything feels solid, and the cupholders fit two large Owala or Yeti containers—something my Infiniti couldn’t manage. However, storage space is lacking; there’s no dedicated sunglass holder, and finding good spots for keys and wallets isn't ideal. Fuel Efficiency Fuel economy is impressive. Even with a heavy foot, I easily get 25mpg mixed, thanks to the mild hybrid setup. The power assist eliminates turbo lag, making acceleration smooth and responsive—while you won’t rival a true sports sedan, you won’t feel sluggish either. Driving Experience & Safety Highway cruising is effortless, and overtaking slow drivers is no problem. The self-driving functionality is excellent—on par with Subaru's Eyesight system, which outperforms Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, Toyota, and GM in my experience. Tech & Infotainment The Android Auto Operating System is sleek, and voice commands with "Hey Google" respond quickly. Google Maps, climate controls, and music apps like XM and Spotify work seamlessly. Unfortunately, it doesn’t cooperate with Waze or some other apps, which is disappointing. Apple CarPlay is available, but oddly, Android Auto isn't—a baffling omission. Supposedly, an update is already available, but my car won't update ITA so it requires a service center visit, so I’ll find out in about 9,000 miles when I take it in. A few frustrations: - No split-screen on the entertainment console—you must choose between the map or the radio, not both. - The gorgeous dash display will either show Google Maps with navigation or… nothing. Seems like a missed opportunity. - Heated seats aren’t standard, even in the Plus model. This car comes with a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera, and air purification, yet somehow, no heated seats? - The phone app for remote start is quick and easy, but you can’t adjust climate settings, which is frustrating. Final thoughts: Overall, I really like this car—it’s smooth, comfortable, stylish, and incredibly safe. The price is competitive, making it more affordable than some standard sedans. Sadly, 2025 will be its last production year in the U.S., but since the engine and drivetrain match the V60 and XC60—and the model remains available overseas—parts availability shouldn’t be a concern.

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

Plenty of room for our family of four , their stuff and camping gear. Excellent safety features . Drives like a lightweight car than an SUV. Very responsive.
