I purchased my vehicle from Berwyn Volvo and have been serviced by them since, always excellent service. I have found Berwyn Volvo to be very helpful and a service department that can be trusted. I really like the video speaking to the needed repairs. And, the waiting area is quite comfortable. I also have to compliment ALL the staff very friendly, helpful and most of all sincerely caring. I feel like I am their most important customer each time I visit the dealership. Thanks.

Our car suffered an unanticipated and complete electrical shutdown on Saturday afternoon. We had the car towed in, they found space on their schedule, and we had the car back on Tuesday. They efficiently addressed what could have been a hugely inconvenient and expensive problem.

Volvo Cars of Fort Washington provided me with EXCELLENT service. The buying process was so easy, relaxed, and quick! I was in an out of the dealership within a few hours and got an amazing deal on the car I purchased. I purchased a used vehicle from their dealership where I was helped by Kevin their sales manager. The car was in perfect condition, cleaned spotless and ready for me the second I was ready to leave. Kevin was extremely patient with me while I was trying to receive copies of my insurance, etc. I have gotten an inspection and oil change done here and the service department was very nice and did a great job! I decided to take my wife’s car and immediately I was impressed by the Personal detail and kindness that each person showed they’re waiting. Area was above par.
