I worked with Paul Young and is a great guy. He was patient and helped in every way he could. Got us threw paperwork quick. All in all couldn't ask for better. The only xxxx up we had was getting insurance on the vehicle but in the end we did.

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Our Lexus SUV hybrid was beautifully detailed and after working with this team who do not pressure at all, we are blessed with what will be a vehicle that meets all the necessary requirements we've been looking for for two months. I purchased my 2000 Outback Limited sedan new September 1999 when the 2000 just came out. I still own it and hope I never have to replace it! It has been the best car! With currently 126,000 miles (yes that low as I live in a smallish town) and it’s my commuter. I heard about the engine gasket right after I bought it so I replaced it at 50k miles. It’s only needed age related fixes; fuel pump, catalytic converter, nothing major. Drives excellent in the snow and ice, very peppy through the mountains. All electronics work great (heated seats, wiper heated, side mirrors heated, etc. CD and cassette player still works too! Love my car!!

They have a great selection of very nice cars ...after checking out couple other dealers in the area for a Lexus I was searching I found this little hidden gem , when I arrived sales person was great and very pleasant....after quick chat I was on my way to test drive the car ...when I got back I meet the owner ,he was very helpful ....I was in and out less then 40min ....car looks drives amazing price was very fair and the service was beyond 5 stars I highly recommend this dealer for your next purchase ...

My compute was easily 20,000 miles a year. I purchased the car used, it’s a very comfortable vehicle. Great in the rain and snow. Around 150,00 miles the AWD malfunction light appeared on the dash, the car still ran well so at that point it’s a fancy V70. At 160,000 miles the on board computer had to be replaced, that was expensive. At 181,000 miles the check engine light appeared on the dash and that turned out to be a spark plug coil problem. The sunroof drain plugs need to cleaned at least once a year if not garaged. Heading for 200,000 miles, I going to drive it until it drops.

You will get the most comfort, luxury, and performance all in one car for a very decent price. It's a V8 with AWD. What more can you ask for. Keep up with the maintenance and you will have a smile on your face at all times when driving.

There was one out there with the right exterior color, but not the interior color that I wanted. He could have left it at that, but he didn't. I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

2004. I am second owner. Nearing 200,000 kms. A great car. Fast, responsive and a delight to drive. Paint has held up very well. I have found VW dealerships costly for regular maintenance and servicing. Had timing belt changed at 150,000 and plan to replace the tranny fluid shortly. If the car is cared for and driven reasonably, it’s a gem.

I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. My first car and I love it! Got it almost a year ago with 76k miles. Now has about 82k. Only two previous owners. No problems whatsoever, minus just having to change some lightbulbs. Two friends have newer Passats ('12 and '13) and have had a bunch of issues! Love the seat warmers and sunroof. I have an aftermarket Bluetooth stereo, which makes drives even better. I live in a hilly, mountainous area and have never had any problems, despite being front wheel drive. A blast to drive, I always feel safe. "Below '05 and you'll never worry about the drive"!

I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.
