I purchased the 328d used, which is the reason for the high Value for the Money rating. Buying it new would be a poor rating. I purchased the this vehicle due to my long commute (135 miles per day). It had 50k miles and was 3 years old at the time I purchased it, now has 132k. The cost was less than 1/2 of the original MSRP. This is a very comfortable and stylish vehicle that has excellent performance. The 8 speed transmission is always in the right gear. It is really hard to describe how effortlessly the car moves, with the 4 cyl, turbo diesel. It is not a race car, but it is so balanced between quickness, handling, braking, ride quality, and of course fuel economy. As far as mpg, mid 40s is typical. I’ve have a few tanks that were over 50, and none less than 40. I just completed a one day trip of 1300 miles, and the vehicle returned 48.1 mpg, and that was at an average speed of 75 mph. The cruise speed was set at 81, nearly the entire drive. I’ve owned an excellent Lexus CT200 hybrid, but the driving characteristics are nowhere close to the BMW. It’s too bad BMW has stopped making this car. Look for a used one, you will be very impressed with this vehicle as a daily driver.

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

Paul helped me and advised during my visit to the service department. He was very knowledgeable detail oriented and explained all very clearly. However I have a concern with the service department. When I tried to make an appointment the phones kept ringing but no one picked up. Tried to connect thru parts and sales department and it was again going to a voice mail. Left a message but did not hear back. I called again and got the parts department and the gentleman at parts instructed me to send a text. Then they responded. The management should look into a better way for customers to set up services ce appointment. Thank you.

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

It's considered cool among car enthusiasts to call dealers "stealerships" for the cost and quality of their shops' work. Not Hudson Valley Volvo. I took our 2018 V90 to them this morning for a routine oil and filter change, asked them to service the front brakes of necessary, had a gripe about the car's lane-keeping feature working intermittently, and needed a state inspection. I was out in an hour and a half with a $110 total charge for everything (plus the necessary $21 for the state inspection. I could barely have changed the oil and filer myself for less, they did a total software reload for free, told me my brakes were fine, and did their best to correct the lane-keeping electronics (which may have been faulty because of stuff I had Velcroed to the inside of the windshield--EZ-Pass and camera--also no charge. I gave them ample opportunity to rip me off had I been naive, but they didn't go for any of it. They may be an exception among dealers, but Volvo should be proud to have them in their system.

I was looking for a specific used Subaru Outback model which I found at this dealership. It was a pretty easy straight forwarded buying experience. Good people and easy to work with.

Great car especially when you put the time and energy to make it purr. Change the oil more than recommended. Do NOT follow the BMW recommendations on fluids. This car requires thought. Inflate the tires as high as possible. This partly solves the stiff steering issue. Handles great at 120 mph. Not great steering in parking lot. V8 engine is superior. Learn to live and love the many quirks of a BMW.

Resolved my issue with my 97 Boxster. xxxxxxto my tech (C Villa), he resolved not only the issue I described but but also tightened up some additional bolts that I didn't realize were loose. I just assumed the car was old. Made a huge difference to the drive of the car. I appreciate the extra attention taken to my car. It was a great example of a tech seeing something and doing something about it even though it was not expressed by the customer. Also gives me reason to bring my car to Porsche because ultimately they do know the car best.

A car with two distinct personalities : by default, it will shuttle people in silence and comfort. Push a button, it’ll drop 3 gears, open the exhaust valves, and become the nightmare of anyone at the stop light.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. When people think about buying their dream car, it’s normal to immediately think about Lamborghini or Ferrari. For me, I wanted my dream “real world” car. I’ve always loved the way stationwagons look and the Volvo V90 just caught my eye. To me the Mercedes just looks weird and the BMW, boring. The Volvo in my honest opinion, just looks stunning. I’ve always admired the Volvo station wagon look but never liked the interiors at all, until now. Understated elegant luxury. Not blingy or OTT just gorgeous.. So here we have my 2018 V90 CC with every option. I think it’s amazing. I bought it used with 34,500 miles and it still looks brand new. The interior smells of that Napa leather as soon as you enter. It’s a fantastic place to sit. On a long Freeway stint the seat massagers are almost too decadent and the Bowers & Wilkins sound system is stunning. General driving of this machine also does not disappoint. It just feels solid, safe and powerful. Mine is the T6 engine which is both supercharged and turbocharged. It gives 316 horsepower, tons of torque and with AWD, pulls and handles beautifully. I’m sure other cars can go faster around a twisty racetrack but this Volvo will seem amazing to anyone who drives in real world conditions, like 99.9% of us. It’s utterly comfortable, one of the safest cars on the road and is fast, yet drives better than you expected it to. The driver assistance tech is also amazing. I just did 300 miles on the freeway and felt as good at the end as when I got in. Pilot Assist really takes the strain away. Safer knowing this car is literally looking out for you. I could go on and on but this is literally one of the best cars on the road. Looks gorgeous too... If you too like a wagon, are bored of huge SUV’s and want something fun to drive, then do go and have a look at the V90 CC. I highly recommend these cars....
