I’ve been a loyal First Texas Honda driver since I got my first new car in 2020, a Honda Civic Sport, and in return, they have been incredibly loyal to me. It’s not just about the cars here, it’s about the people who treat you like family the second you walk through the doors. Throughout my journey with my Civic, the service center has always been amazing, honest, and extremely thorough. This most recent experience was pure magic from start to finish, and it took a true "Dream Team" to make it a reality. It started last week with Cameron Price in Service, his kindness and easygoing spirit made me feel extremely comfortable, he was so attentive and efficient while updating me on my Civic, and his great energy is what actually intrigued me to look into an SUV. He made the transition feel so natural. Then Nick from the Acquisition team stepped in with so much effort, helping me navigate my trade-in with genuine care for my situation. He really listened to what I wanted for my trade-in value, he was transparent and worked extremely well with me. I can’t thank him enough for reaching out and getting this process started. The energy continued with Sales Consultant Gustavo Bittencourt and his Sales Manager Carlos Martinez. Watching Gustavo was honestly inspiring, he was literally running around getting cars from inventory for my test drive, making sure every single one of his customers felt seen and taken care of, yet he never let me feel like anything less than his top priority. He and Carlos worked in such perfect harmony, they didn't just look at my budget, they looked at me. They knew how much this car meant to me and my family, and they worked alongside each other to make my dream deal happen! Last but not least, Rizwan Ali, the Financial Manager who helped us complete the final paperwork swiftly we have a busy schedule and he was so kind, informative and prompt! Every single one of these people played a special part in my journey. They treated me like family, handled my budget with respect, met my dreams with excitement, and most importantly, treated me with loyalty. Thank you, First Texas Honda, for being a place I can trust. 2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

2014 Dodge Charger review
At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2025 Toyota Camry review
I absolutely love my 2025 Heavy Metal Camry SE! It had 15,000 miles on it when I got it. It has a very stylish exterior and interior. Mine has the sunroof, heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc. The upgrades are awesome! Ride quality is so smooth. Changes from the electric motor to the gas motor are hardly noticeable. Very quiet interior that keeps a lot of road noise out. Very easy to use touchscreen display. Has enough power for driving on the highway. If a person wants more power you can put it in sport mode. You’ll just get lower mpg’s. Now depending on how you drive it the mpg’s on this car are amazing! My average is about 46 mpg right now. I’ve gotten as high as 53.7 mpg. It’s so much fun trying to beat your best mpg per trip. Toyota did an amazing job building this car!

2021 Subaru Outback review
So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

2017 INFINITI QX60 review
A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

2013 INFINITI QX56 review
Seems to be a great ride and the used price is not bad. Be sure you use the high octane gas, otherwise the fuel pumps, yes there are two high and low pressure, may get gunked up and damaged as the lower octane gas doesn't burn clean enough and the residue can clog the fuel pumps.

2010 Subaru Outback review
THIS CAR SAVED MY BRAIN! Was recently T-Boned and a car with lesser safety design would have left me brain injured. The 2010 CVT is the best model year made due to beefier components. Mine rarely used oil, though some will. Almost always broke EPA mileage estimates in highway. Surprisingly capable off road. Superb in snow/rain. Saved Brain and nothing else matters!!!

2015 Toyota Highlander review
2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

2020 Subaru Ascent review
Practical. We love our 2020 Ascent Limited and we live in the south. We have a large family and this is great while the kids are small. Once more than three are teenagers, we'll definitely need a larger vehicle that provides more leg room if you're sitting on the back row. Love the convenience and ease of how the rear seats fold forward when I'm shopping and/or loading up from the back. The 10 year 100k mile warranty was reasonably priced at less than $2.5k. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood). Again, it's practical so the seats aren't as plush as premium vehicles but they're nice and comfortable. This pretty much describes the interior. The electronics are comparable to most vehicles. It has everything you need but nothing over the top. (Again, practical.) Greatly appreciate the cabin air filter and ease of changing it. I like smelling a fresh interior all the time. We're in the south where it's high in pollen, so the HEPA cabin filter is perfect. In my opinion the Ascent is a great mid-size SUV option that looks nice, is practical and has that Subaru reliability.

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

Right away John discussed the quality of the newly remodeled Wilderness. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend him. Once I purchased it he took me around and introduced me to key personnel that I would be dealing with in the future, maintenance, repairs, etc. John took the time to walk me through important settings in the car before I took it home. And assisted me in an add-on purchase as well. The Austin Subaru Service Dept. set my 6 month service appointment right away and I was also scheduled for a one on one appointment to go over the features in my new vehicle. A pretty smooth experience all in all. Highly recommend.
2011 Toyota Tundra review
Bought from original owner with 125k, for $14.5k, now 190k miles. Replaced throttle body at 150k. No other issues. It’s a bit of a ‘barge’ with the 4.6, however I trust the truck and it travels very comfortably.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
