AutoNation USA Henderson review
When I say this experience was a GREAT one, I mean just that. Mr. Joe Franklin was just AMAZING. He was very friendly from the time I walked into the door until I left. He has very good mannerism and took his time to explain how the process went. I was just looking for a vehicle to buy within the next month. I will definiely be back to see Joe Franklin. Awesome job Mr. Franklin

2026 Genesis GV80 review
Beautiful inside and out. Outstanding value for the price point. The car makes you feel both comfortable and proud. When in “comfort” mode, you know it’s made for the cruise road trip compared to the more responsive European competitors, however a large portion of that can be made up with driving in sport mode. You do, of course, give up fuel economy to get there, guess it depends on what you want. I have driven BMWs or Audis (9 different cars over the last 20 years, all new when purchased) and I have absolutely no regrets in buying the GV80. The car is wonderful from top to bottom. It is a true competitor to its European rivals and wins in many, many categories

I went in for an oil change but left with 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. Paul, my technician who managed my service call in Jordan's absence, took care of everything. LV BMW, the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable.
2022 BMW 430 Gran Coupe review
I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

Great customer service and encouraging feedback regarding outcome overall while being supportive quick and efficient lots of information and communication regarding questions and concerns overall including offering helpful advice about warranties and inspections
2020 Mazda MX-5 Miata review
I purchased this car to have a small convertible for pleasure use and it's perfect for my needs. The Soul Red color is beautiful. I am a big guy but after a little maneuvering of my body to enter it, I feel very comfortable in it. It's a 6 speed manual with a short but smooth shift knob. Lots of extras and features and still have to learn to navigate some of them. It has enough power for my needs and great gas mileage. Only wish it had automatic climate control and a little less road noise on the highway. The lane departure alert is very sensitive and irritating but is a good trade off for safety. It needs a cabin trunk release knob and if it has one, I can't find it. I would prefer leather seats and Bose radio system but my cloth seats are comfortable with excellent quality fabric and the 6 speaker radio is acceptable to someone who's not an audiophile. Lastly, would love automatic headlight dimmers so I don't blind oncoming drivers at night! Overall, I now know why it is so highly rated and I love it already.

BMW of Henderson review
I just want to take a moment to truly thank Kevin Yang here at BMW of Henderson. It’s been nothing but warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive, and that kind of energy doesn’t go unnoticed. It really made the whole experience that much more special. A very special thank you to Kevin in sales, the one who made it all happen! He’s truly AMAZING. His patience, honesty, and dedication meant everything to my wife and I, throughout this process. He took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. That level of service is rare, and I’m so grateful for it. I’m beyond grateful and proud to be a client of BMW. This experience was top tier from beginning to end!!
2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

Their car that I brought in for service is the third one that I purchased from this dealership. My service experience has always been good and that is why I keep bringing my car there. Kabir, who helped me purchase my current vehicle, was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. When I’m ready for my next vehicle, I will certainly go back to see him.

AT AGE 92, I NEEDED ANOTHER CAR EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, RELIABLE, SAFE, WITH MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES, AND AFFORDABLE. I FOUND A 2015 LEXUS RX350 WITH JUST OVER 70K MILES IN SUPURB CONDITION FOR 18,600K, IN FLORIDA. HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 WEEKS, AND IT IS THE BEST VALUE CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED, INCLUDING A BMW AND MB SUV.

I had old Toyota 23 years, this time I wanted try Honda, it is a friendly place Adam is a wonderful salesman, he help me tested drive crv and passport, the end I ordered passport, v6 and nice wide space , , fits my family all over 5.8 to 6.4 , long legs , mostly I like he is very responsible, I wanted specific colors for outside inside, I got really satisfied either way my new car , good engine and beautiful color!
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

????? Outstanding Experience ? Worth the Drive from California! I honestly couldn?t have asked for a better car-buying experience. From start to finish, Don Chiao was outstanding! He got me the deal I wanted without all the unnecessary back-and-forth, pressure, or unrealistic promises. He was straightforward, transparent, and delivered on what he said he would. What really stood out was how well he connected with my situation and understood the importance of this purchase, especially when it came to my daughter?s safety. He recognized that this wasn?t just another vehicle purchase for me, and that level of understanding meant a lot. A true professional with a great personality, a sense of humor, and someone who made the entire experience enjoyable. I have absolutely no regrets about making the trip here. In fact, I?ll gladly make the drive from California again when it?s time for my next vehicle. That?s how good the experience was. If you?re looking for someone who is professional, genuine, honest, and actually delivers on his word, ask for Don. You won?t regret it!

Fletcher Jones Imports review
Rafael made this entire experience exceptional. I originally came in just to look at a different car, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and showed me an amazing option that instantly brought me back to my early 30s. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wrapped everything up quickly and I was on the road in record time. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism, and I hope he keeps me in mind when more of those one-off special cars come in! If you’d like it to be shorter, more energetic, or more formal.

The only times it was taken in to the dealer or to an auto shop were for routine maintence items and/or for normal periodic servicing (at 15K, 30k, 45k, and 60k miles). It is comfortable and well engineered. I have owned four Lexus cars, beginning with a 1993 SC300, which replaced my 1986 Mercedes 300E, which had a string of repair tickets almost as long as my arm.

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

2026 Genesis GV80 review
Test drove many cars. I had a BMW x6 nice car. Test drove Mercedes GLE 350 and Lexus GX 350h but great cars. Of course Lexus mpg is great. But the 2.5 Prestige Genesis ride is amazing. The amenities included are far more than others. Massage seats are a pleasure and very comfortable. Yes not a sports car but it’s still 300 hp. Plus 3 years free maintenance and the warranty is much better. I hope it keeps meeting my expectations.

2024 Lexus ES 350 review
There is much to love about the 2024 Lexus ES350. I can’t think of another car that has given me more for my money. The drivetrain alone is enough to make this an easy choice: naturally aspirated V6 with over 300 horsepower paired with the traditional torque converter transmission. And it takes regular fuel. Sold. Bulletproof and buttery smooth. Although after nearly a year of ownership, a couple of personal annoyances were revealed that people may not know about. Cabin comfort is excellent, although in my base model, not the “library quiet” you may hear advertised. The lack of acoustic glass on side windows or the unfortunate Bridgestone OEM tires are weak links. The seats are supremely supportive and comfortable, which I discovered after a long highway journey. Soft touch surfaces, leather, and simple fit and finish elevate the ES. It just looks and feels nicer inside than most other cars. First time passengers are legitimately impressed. Sport mode makes this no slouch, either. Plenty of power and acceleration, surprisingly fast. The personal tiny annoyances? The wireless charging pad is useless. Too weak to meaningfully charge anything. No sunglasses holder!? A daily grumble for me. More significantly, however, is the remote start shutting off when you open the doors. No other car does this. And the fuel tank is unexpectedly small (15.9 gallons), meaning the fuel range isn’t what you might expect. The Mark Levinson sound system is industry leading; sadly, my base model doesn’t have it. If you’re a huge sound system person, the base system is a letdown. But there are lots of physical buttons and switches to compensate! I had to become a petty person to find flaws in this vehicle. For the money, in its class, it’s untouchable in my opinion. And every day that goes by, I love driving it even more.

Audi Las Vegas review
Kambiz (KAZ) Marvi #1 pick for a Audi Brand Specialist with no pressure salesman at Audi Las Vegas! The whole team at Audi Las Vegas was simply outstanding! 5/5 star diamond experience. From being welcomed by the general manager Darin Hegney personally to KAZ to Arlen - they really went out of there way to make my purchase exceptional. Even the next day I received a call from Anthony Howard their Audi technical advisor congratulating us and wanting to make sure we contacted him with ANY questions about the vehicle and how to navigate through all the tech. I have purchased a LOT of vehicles at 60 years old and Audi along with other dealerships should look at how Darin Hegney runs a business - top notch.

This is my second Charger and they’re very reliable. My first one drove me through the flood in Brooklyn some years back. The water was up to my hood. She didn’t let me down. That one was an AWD, the one I have now is a rear while drive SXT. I’m extremely satisfied. And great on gas. Thanks Dodge.

2023 Audi Q4 e-tron review
I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills review
Last month , I purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills, and I must say, the experience was beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Special shoutout to Elton, the sales consultant, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, answering all my questions without any sales pressure. Overall, Honda Findlay has earned my trust and recommendation. They stand out with their customer service, fair pricing, and quality vehicles. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend paying them a visit.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.
2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

2019 Lexus LX 570 review
When I started thinking of a new vehicle, the LX 570 was my 1st thought. I drove a Lincoln Navigator for a week to test, and loved it. I looked at the BMW X7, the Range Rover, Mercedes GLS 450, Infiniti QX80, and the Cadillac Escalade. I hadn’t driven an LX or Land Cruiser in many years. I had 99% decided on the Navigator, but decided to go test drive the LX570. While the LX570 is smaller than the Navigator... after I completed the test drive I knew the LX570 was the winner. Its not as fast or powerful (horsepower wise), but in Sport mode it moves quickly. I have had my LX570 for 2 months now... and I absolutely love it. I hope that in the next 3 years that Lexus will release the LX as a fully electric vehicle.
