I have a 2018 Honda HRV, I have had issues with my air since I bought it I have taken it in a couple of times before this last one. It was very hot on... that Friday and my air was not working. When I arrived Jack helped me and he did ok. he did get me a loaner car which I am very thankful for, however it was almost empty but jack said he would reimburse me for the gas. On Saturday I had to call him to check on my car. He told me I would have to keep the car until Tuesday they had to order a part. I was ok with that. I called Tuesday because I had not heard and come to find out something was wrong with the machine that puts in the Freon in my car and the guy was coming the next morning. Jack did call me on Wednesday to tell me my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car Jack was not there so Terry helped me and he was awesome. He could not find my paper work at first, when he found it he was very helpful and actually Norma helped some too. Thy both made my experience better. Terry was very gracious. I was upset because my car is new and I have had to have it in the shop 3 times because of air conditioning issues. That should not be happening. I hope and pray it does not happen again. If it does I will be beyond upset. I have never had issues with my Honda vehicles.
