The process was speedy and seamless. The staff was courteous and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend them and plan to return to them for future purchases.
I'll keep this short since I don't want to waste any more time on these guys. My wife took a test drive a few days ago in one of their used... vehicles and subsequently offered the price they were asking in their advertisement if they could give us 17k on our trade in. They called her back and accepted the terms only to tell her after she made the trip back to the dealership to close the deal that they had made a mistake on the listing price and tried to charge her 4k more than the agreed upon price. Previous posts have mentioned one of the salesmen, Julian Perez. I wish cars.com would let me attach the handwritten breakdown of charges that he tried to pass off as legitimate. His $1291 dealer prep charge was particularly egregious. I have filed a complaint with Mazda USA over the incident. Hopefully they'll take care of these clowns.
Wajeh Oda gave me the best customer service. He was understanding and knowledgeable. His expertise in the car was very impressive. He told me everything... I needed to know to make an informed decision.
