Auto repair service was lacking greatly. I had a small bumper episode took my focus in for appraisal of damage. Never again will I go there for service... I will drive to anywhere any direction but no there. Very incompetent and certainly not in business for return service . After my visit there I was told by several business in Alice community if they had known I was taking my car there they would have told not to go there they had a bad reputation. That Ford repair service( suppose to be body shop) I could say all that took place there, but to much to mention if I did you would think I was exaggerating and will make a report to Ford company and better business bureau. they will be very interested in how their product name is represented. I suppose some owners if companies can operate on incompetency and " oh were a small company" there is still word of mouth advertising of such neglect and lack of care for a client ( simple , just a bit of customer service and respect for possible repeat customers) My comments is,if you want customer service or proper appraisal done you need to go else were. Bowden Ford is not the place for competency in that area. " I heard we are just a small store" that is a ridiculous comment. The large product on lot says different. But if you only worked out of a shed with a two car lot if you want repeat customers you respect the customer or client. Word of mouth is important , Bowden already has bad reports flowing through the comunity. I travel through several areas and Ford store. You can beat my report will go out to all concerned of the short comings of Bowden Ford. Bottom line there is no customer service there,On selling side or parts( body shops) I am not sure they even are aware of two things what definition of customer service is or Respect for the product or their store.Scale of 1-10 they are a 1 for sure on parts side. And only have one salesman on that even acknowledge a possible buyer was looking at there cars I saw at least four salesmen three slumped either at desk or chair or talking to girls at desk. Only one young man spoke and offered to help me as I started to leave after being there for an hour waiting on an appraisal. If that was my shop I would clean house girls and guys alike they all were certainly not suited to represent Ford Product. I guess they are unaware that Ford can pull their floor plan and send those auto and trucks to a respectful store!! Ford is interested in how their product is represented and how the people that purchase their products. For all those that read this remember there is s Ford hot line and the Better Business Burea and other interested parties in how the community is treated as a whole, or as a single individual!

Took in the company truck to get an oil change. Figured it would be in and out type of thing. Came out taking a long time. Sat there waiting for an extra... 45 min after it should have been completed after from what from the service advisor, Jessica told me. Didn't receive an apology for having to wait so long. i wasn't checked upon to see if i was comfortable. in my opinion the customer should be given some attention and check on if things are alright with their stay. i asked if i could have a ride and for them to call me whenever it was ready , just as the person ahead of me requested, but somehow i didn't receive that privilege. Wasn't able to receive the free alignment check (was no apology for the inconvenience). Overall there was very poor communication skills from the service department and a long wait.

Shopping at Bowden was truly a great experience!! Ms KP Did everything in her power to get us the best deal. They also did a great job on my trade in value!... When it was all said and done they even had to give me a little more than what they had originally were going to give me for my trade in! I am an out of state buyer and they even sent my paperwork on their dime back to my Credit Union! I gave them an out the door price and some other request and they met them!!!
