Took in the company truck to get an oil change. Figured it would be in and out type of thing. Came out taking a long time. Sat there waiting for an ex
tra 45 min after it should have been completed after from what from the service advisor, Jessica told me. Didn't receive an apology for having to wait so long. i wasn't checked upon to see if i was comfortable. in my opinion the customer should be given some attention and check on if things are alright with their stay. i asked if i could have a ride and for them to call me whenever it was ready , just as the person ahead of me requested, but somehow i didn't receive that privilege. Wasn't able to receive the free alignment check (was no apology for the inconvenience). Overall there was very poor communication skills from the service department and a long wait.
