    I traveled 5 1/2 hrs to your dealership for a specific ram truck which you had. I drive up from Houston which didn't have the truck i was after, dealt... with Trent on the phone and texting, pretty much made it painless and seamless. Even talked to service department mechanic and a young service writer lady, extremely nice and answered all my questions. A good experience, except for the drive from Houston. Thank y'all

    0 stars!! I paid $63,000 for a 2017 high country, it has 34,000 miles on it, and the paint is peeling on the hood! They said it was from a rock chip,... and all it would take is a little common sense to know that it is bad paint. It is suppose to have a 36k mile bumper to bumper. 20 years of driving multiple makes, and models down dirt roads etc... all have had rock chips, but yet the paint didn’t peel! Nor has any family members cars paint peeled, nor has any of my friends. Obviously it was bad paint. Terrible customer service! I will never buy from them again!!! I will be going back to classic Chevrolet in granbury when the 2020’s come out!

It seems that our body shop did... offer you a discounted rate to repair your damage anyway and we apologize that we were unable to come to a resolution together.     Russell, our service writer was incredibly attentive and helpful, he went above and beyond to explain our issue and greeted us each time with a genuine... smile and willingness to help that is very uncommon in the auto service industry. Having owned and serviced many cars in my lifetime I would go so far to say Russell needs a raise as his customer service is unparalleled. Bruner Motors absolutely gained a customer for life.     I specifically bought a certified 2015 Chevy Cruze for my daughter to take to Tarleton because I knew that your dealership was there to help her in case... of problems with the car. So her first issue occurred, defective battery, battery acid was all over the battery, wiring and other parts. The dash display was also disappearing while she was driving. The service tech advised her that all she needed was a new battery. The battery was replaced but the lazy tech did not clean the residual acid from the harness, casing, terminal connectors or anything else. I had hoped that this dealership would be a place that I would be comfortable sending my daughter to, but that is clearly not the case. Your tech took advantage of a girl who knew nothing about cars and what should have been done. Pathetic!

    Please allow us to apologize for Ms. Cook's recent experience at our dealership. Our policy is that if a battery has leaked acid, we use a neutralizer... and then wash the parts, and clearly this wasn't done properly. We've already spoken with the advisor and technician that were responsible for the care of your daughter's car to make sure this doesn't happen again. Please forgive us for failing you both. We want to earn your business back and know that our Service Manager, Dusty, has reached out to you with his cell phone number. We care for many students attending Tarleton and make it our mission to become a home-away-from-home while they are in Stephenville. We can and WILL do better.

    Worked with Ben for the entire purchase. I came into dealership with an idea of what I wanted. Either a Colorado or a Canyon. Told Ben the options which... were important and which were negotiable. He started a search and found a vehicle that meet our needs. I would recommend Bruner and especially Ben.
