The entire staff is amazing including the sales, service

The entire staff is amazing including the sales, service and finance department. One of the few remaining business thats built on honesty and integrity. From the moment you walk in the door there's a genuine welcoming feel of professionalism and assurance. I was fully confident all my questions and concerns would be meet. With their willingness to exceed all expectations on my new Ford build. In which Pioneer Ford Dealership delivered on every aspect. Hassel free clean contracts. No ridiculous unnecessary fees. I highly recommend this dealership if your buying a new or used car. Perhaps needing service to your existing Ford. This is a loyal dealership for all your vehicle needs.

It was time for an oil change and service for my 2016

It was time for an oil change and service for my 2016 Escape and 2019 Ranger and Pioneer Ford didn't disappoint. The service was great and quick. My Ranger needed tires and I wanted a size larger. Jason and the team didn't disappoint there either. They had the tires I wanted, priced matched, and even had a tire rebate. They also reprogrammed my speedometer to read correctly. It's hard to find a one stop shop and the quality from Pioneer. They have always been courteous to me and also an exceptional job. Thank you all!

It was time for an oil change and service for my 2016 Escape and 2019 Ranger and Pioneer Ford didn't disappoint. The service was great and quick. My Ranger needed tires and I wanted a size larger. I dropped my car off the Tuesday after Christmas.

I dropped my car off the Tuesday after Christmas. Two weeks later, it still wasn't fixed. So I went and picked it up and took somewhere else. The other place had it fixed in 3 days. Pioneer ford didn't care about the inconvenience they placed on my family. There's no telling how long my car would have sat there unfixed, unattended too. I'm so disappointed in this place.

The ignition switch install went great.

The ignition switch install went great. I was going to get my rear slide window repaired. Ed told me the mechanic said the over head console needed replacing for $350.00. I went home and popped the overhead console out and the wiring harness had come unplugged. I plugged it up and the window is working as good as new. I probably won't be coming back. A week earlier I had a coupon for an oil change and a tire rotation. They changed the oil but they didn't rotate the tires. I didn't push the issue because my tire place rotates then for free. I'm now thinking I can't trust Pioneer Ford to work on my 3 vehicles. I did enjoy the free jelly.
