Best dealership!

This is our second vehicle from Price Kia...we LOVE the dealership AND the vehicles! From the purchase (Dennis Barbieri) to the financing, to the service, it's the best! We have a Mercedes and a Sorrento, and I prefer to drive my Sorrento! :)


Don’t bring your car to their service center!

I have no idea how Kia service center is rated so highly. My car is worse after having it “repaired” at Kia. Worst than that is that they will not admit that they did shotty work and just fix the issue! They “fixed” my ac and now I have water gushing all over my floor boards. That wasn’t happening before! Instead of just saying, just bring it in ma’am, I’m sorry we’ll fix it, the “customer service” guy wanted to argue that it was somehow my fault. Bad form.


5 Stars? Did these people get paid for their reviews?

I’ve had my Kia since 2012- so so so many problem! The Motor blew up at 50,000 miles and they had to put in a while new motor and several more recalls afterwards. The service center people are rude and condescending- as a female stepping into the world Of male mechanics, I think they need to be more appropriately intelligent when speaking to females. I’m not without mechanical knowledge- my dad, brother and sister are all mechanics at Toyota- I know more than they realize. They “fixed” my ac and the next day it was gushing water in my floor board. I called to tell Kia service about this issue, expecting a “sorry ma’am, just bring it back and we will fix it” but instead I got an explaination that it was somehow my fault?? It wasn’t gushing water when I dropped it off a few days ago. I told the guy that I would be more comfortable if he didn’t try to diagnose without looking at the ac again and he may want to just apologize and fix the issue. He refused to show an ounce of humility or reflect any customer service skills at all. I can’t believe they got so many stars without paying people to give them good reviews. I’m Nederland buy another Kia.


2015 Optima was oil change and tire rotation

I absolutely love Price Kia's staff. I receive excellent service and can get all of my questions and concerns answered. The Optima is my 3rd vehicle purchased since 2013.

In looking to purchase a new vehicle, my wife and I stopped in at Price Kia. We were met on the lot by Dennis who answered all of our questions, asked some of himself that we should have asked, and gave us forthright and honest answers. Before taking any test drives, he sat in the car with us and explained the vehicles. Dennis then went on the test drives with us, riding in the back seat, answering more questions and pointing out the intricacies of the vehicles. We drove a couple of cars and then made our choice. Dennis presented all of the information and options, though he was not at all pushy. We came back the next day to finalize the purchase and Dennis once again sat in the car and showed us everything about the car in detail. My wife and I are very pleased with Dennis, Price Kia, and our purchase!

When my son was looking to make his first new car purchase, I went with him to Price Kia where we were told to ask for Blake - that was great advice! Blake took the time to show my son a few vehicles, detailing their features and nuances. He was never in a hurry, answering every question, even though it took quite a while. Blake knew it was his first car purchase and handled the transaction in a very professional manner. Once the decision was made, Blake walked him through the paperwork process and finalized the deal. I went along to be helpful, but my help was not really needed due to Blake and the staff at Price Kia. My son loves his new car and I am very pleased to recommend Blake!
