If you want a used car dealer that treats you the way that you want to be treated, stay as far away from this place as you are able. NOT HAPPY!
I never want to purchase a car from this used car dealer again. My advice to others is to stay away as well. DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING!!!... Stay away!!!
If you can't get a good deal here........You must be the problem. These guys will bend over backwards to get you where you need to be. Awsome guys, Thanks.... T O
T O you are very welcome. We thank you so much for your business and hope to deal with you again in the future!!
I purchased a '12 Toyota RAV4 from this place in 2016. I was told it was only in a fender bender which only caused cosmetic damage, and had no issues mechanically.... When purchased as part of the deal I asked them to do an oil change, coolant flush, and fix a blown speaker. The speaker was fixed, but the fluid changes were not done as when I took it to be inspected they said that the fluids we're in bad shape. I had problems with the driver's side window going up and down and the muffler started to go bad. All I ignored and chalked up to the age of the car. Now I just traded it in for a Toyota Sienna a week ago where they showed the Carfax to me for the Rav. It was in 4 accidents, one included frame damage (never had an accident when I owned it) and they also found that one of the key fobs I got from Rons wasn't even to that car (I never used the second they gave since I only needed one). When purchasing from Ron's I got a bad vibe and now a few years later I am understanding why. The buying experience was a completely different ball game when buying from an actual Toyota lot from a small used car dealer as well. I was shown Carfaxs for the vehicle I was purchasing and the Rav4 I was shown paperwork with what was done on the vehicle and they allowed me to check to make sure it was done. This along with helping me keep my kids entertained. It was a great experience. I would suggest actual dealer lots overtop of used car lots.
Connected through internet. I inquired about a truck for sale. I t started off well. I actually got a call back from 2 agents. Ron started off great... but as we moved closer to the purchase, he would offer to do things then never follow through or communicate. Keep in mind I pursued 2 different vehicles that I couldn't make happen. I was told the 2nd was clean and ready to go. When I tried to set a time to go see it, the story changed and the calls stopped coming. I was told it was in the body shop for a dent repair. Then I was told, it was getting brake lines and suspension. I could not get a date repairs would be complete. After calling everyday and because I didn't want to lose out on the vehicle I finally called the store manager Dave and expressed concerns that I wasn't getting a call back and didn't want to lose it. He said he'd check on the car and call me right back. He didn't. I called him the next day to find out it was gone. How can one day a vehicle be in the shop and the next day sold? When I complained he became short and said, they just get busy. When you have a customer who already feels that follow through was void and you step in to change that perception, I would think you would make sure, even if you were no longer going to get a sale, you would follow though to let them know what happened, especially if you wanted to be able to reach out to them for other inventory in the future. Basically it was an 'oh well', attitude. I pursued this dealership because of the high rating in customer service. So now the truck is gone, rather than offer to keep an eye out for another truck , out of the blue I was also told from Dave that the price quoted by Ron would not have been the price out the door anyway and begins to explain how their price structures work. Isnt that a conversation that should have happened when I asked the price of the truck 2 weeks ago? He said, that there were all kind of fees that must be added like processing fees, internet fees and their repair fees, etc. When I asked someone to tell me the cost of a vehicle, I expect that it does not include tax and title/tags but it should include service fees, your cost for any repairs you have done, any additional service fees you tack on to internet purchases. There should not be a $2000 difference of what you quote and the actual price BEFORE we even begin to start adding on the tax and title fees. I guess I will never know what really happened but reading between the lines, I think they quoted me a price and then realized there was more that needed to be done than they originally thought and after doing those things, they couldn't sell it for the price quoted. I would have had a lot more respect if they had just said that than try to make me feel stupid that I didn't know there would be 2k more than the price quoted. Keep in mind, price had never really been an issue until the very end of the call . It felt like an attempt to make excuses for not returning my call or to insinuate that I didn't miss this vehicle for their lack of follow through but to imply I would have never gotten it anyway because it was out of the price range of where I told them I wanted to be. Disappointing.
They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! They took the time to explain everything (without pressuring us) and we left the same... day with an awesome vehicle. This is a down to earth place with great salespeople who are ready to work with you!
