We were very satisfied with the visit.

We were very satisfied with the visit. The Baum Service Department was fast and professional with quality results. All Baum's employees were courteous and helpful. The Dealership facilities were top notch every step of the visit. We would recommend this Dealership for any and all automotive needs. Me. and Mrs. Glenn

My buying experience at Baum Chevrolet was great.

My buying experience at Baum Chevrolet was great. They were friendly and helpful. It was easy and quick. I went to a different dealership before and was not helped at all.

Good. Efficient. The young man was courteous. Baum?s have always given me good service and were helpful when I have taken my car in.

Nice people

I asked for my car to be put on computer for my turbo, waited a hour, come back talking bout my water pump, when i asked for my TURBO to be checked, so i nicely paid for the test that they took upon theyre selfs to run instead of listening to what i asked to be done, i asked for how much i owed. I paid it, an drove my car to another shop,

Good but slow.

Service was fine. Had oil change. However very long wait. One of the stalls was down. The new manager is great! If it wasn't for the wait, 5 stars!

Oil change

It was very busy the day of our oil change but I feel they worked as fast as the could. I think the could use an additional bay when they?re that busy.

Baum Chevrolet - Clinton, Illinois

We got an oil change and all the employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. The cabin air filter was checked & all fluids, lights, and tires were all checked. We were in and out in a very short time. Our little dog was surprised & very happy when one of the employees gave him a dog treat! Thank you.

Excellent Service. Leagues better than competition

Excellent dealership with an outstanding Service department. Very happy with all of the service I have received so far form them. They will continue to have my business for many more years.

Incompetent or criminal, don’t care which...

I had an F250 rowed there over the weekend. On Monday, the quoted me $900, claiming that the battery and alternator both needed replacing. Thinking that this price was a bit high, we picked up the truck today and I had a friend look at it. He quickly determined that the only thing wrong with the truck was a fuse. Incompetent or criminal, don’t care which.
