I was quoted a price over the phone. I made sure to ask several times if this included taxes and any fees. I arrived excited to leave with my new car,... only to have them tell me that it was going to be $200 more per month than the quoted price. In a time when purchases are more digital, this company failed. They used dishonesty to get me in the store, only to raise the price. Then they went back to see if they could get "closer" to the quoted price. This was a frustrating experience and I would not trust them with your business.
I bought my first new Honda Civic last weekend and got a great deal. My salesman Matt was great! If you are shopping for a car you must stop by West County... Honda first!
I just want to reach out. Me and my husband came in to have are Honda Accord serviced and I was greeted by a young man name Logan. From the second Logan... saw us pull up he started walking toward the car with a smile on are face. The way Logan greeted us at our service appointment is beyond explainable. He told me that he only believes in doing what needs to be done to the car and never recommends something with out knowing that it needs to be done. He earned mine as well as my husbands trust more then any service guy ever has. To follow all of these great things Logan then came into the waiting room where we were sitting and brought me as well as my husband a bottle of water and a bag of popcorn and sat down right next to us. Me and my husband both looked at each other and did not know what to say. Logan sat there and talked to us for over 15 min about how much he appriates are services and that he truly wants his customers to have trust in him. He told me that if there is ever anything I have a question about or just need advise that I can call his personal phone and that I am never a bothered and followed by pulling a buisness card out with his number. I will only have my car serviced by Logan from here on out. Even if that means I have a different brand car. Me nor my husband have ever met such a kind young man. Thank you Logan for all you did for us.
I like the overall process of business, purchase process dealing and reasonable price. All the problems were solved before finalizing the deal. I love... the deal i got with my first car purchase.
I went in for as cracked radiator and I left with a new radiator, but I had to come back because of an air pocket in my system and they tinkered with it... by messing up the gaskets amongst many things. So I advise do NOT go to west county Honda for a repair.
Very professional, helped with the process, made it easy. Steve Yasawa was excellent. Bought a car in less than 3 hours. Can't say how they could have... been better or more professional.
I am so happy about my new car and price Thank you so much
I came in looking to buy a used car and ended up driving out of there with a new 2017 CR-V Thanks to my salesman Zack ! Great and painless process ! Thanks... again Zack
Had the new SUV I was looking for and very accommodating. the whole buying process took about 2-hours.
I will not be returning to West County Honda (WCH) because of their poor service. Wednesday 9-7-16 I spoke with Darryl and paid for a full synthetic... oil change and tire rotation. Darryl was very nice to work with. The rotation was not performed. I know this because my tires are marked specifically to determine if a rotation was actually performed. Friday 9-9-16 I dropped off my car for a paint recall. I spoke with Darryl and the assistant service manager about my tire rotation not being done. Again, Darryl was very nice to work with; however, neither Darryl nor the assistant service manager apologized for WCH’s mistake. I was told the rotation would be done while my car is at WCH for the paint recall. I was also told that someone would call me later in the day regarding the rotation and status of the paint recall. No one called me about the tire rotation or paint recall. Saturday 9-10-16 No one called about tire rotation or paint recall. Monday 9-12-16 A service rep from WCH called me to see how my service was on 9-7-16. I mentioned all the problems above. About 30 minutes after I spoke with the service rep, someone called me about the paint recall. I wonder how long it would have taken for someone to call my about the paint recall had I not spoken to the service rep. I called back and spoke to Jamie. Still no one has addressed the tire rotation not being performed. Since I was told my tires were rotated and they weren’t, how am I to know that WCH actually replaced my oil with full synthetic? Will I be driving almost double the miles on regular oil thinking it’s full synthetic? Will that damage my engine and cause future problems? Everyone knows they pay a premium to get work done at a dealership but the reason you pay the premium is for piece of mind that the work is done correctly. Why would I pay a premium to worry about if the service was done correctly or actually done at all? There are plenty of local shops that would love to have my business and will work to keep my business so I will not be returning to WCH.
