These guys are sneaky and after your done getting your price they force you to pay for LoJack. They say it’s installed in all there cars. That too was... a lie. It was not installed in the car we were trying to buy but the would not sell the car to me unless I paid the extra $1,600 for LoJack. The LoJack part is only $49 on amazon. They said they had to sell it to make money in the car. It’s in there very fine print in there advertisements. We checked the car and it has not been installed yet they would not sell the car with out it. It’s a sleazy way to operate a business. To be expected from a used car place I guess.
Their cars do NOT have those white papers in the window according to California Code Title 15!!!! Less than one star.!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't do business with... this place.!!!!!!!! They are shadier than the normal shade that you get at car dealerships. They have accessories installed on ALL their cars that you have NO choice but to pay for. They do not disclose this on their website and will not let you know until you are ready to start the paperwork. Vehicle listed online said 22k miles. Car had well over 24k miles when we got there. Also their cars do NOT have those white papers in the window according to California Code Title 15!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was skeptical at first being that it's a used car lot but they exceeded my expectations by farrrrrrrrr! Not only was the service amazing but the staff... is exceedingly friendly! I was welcomed from the minute I walked on the lot & constantly checked on throughout my time there! Everything was done in a timely manner & made purchasing a car delightful!! I've sent over many friends whom were also beyond satisfied with their purchases!
I was in the market for a Toyota camry and I talked to Moe the sales manager, he was great fast and funny. I couldn't stop laughing that day. he got me... the lowest rate and I was happy with it.
they are amazing people and they are straight forward. the process was very easy mark and irvin are the best sales people there, make sure to ask for them.... my car was detailed and cleaned like a new car. they even took the time to set up my phone to the car and save my personal channel on there.
I purchased a Tacoma before and after the purchase I dealt with Nayeli she is excellent. The buying process was goo my sales man could have been more helpeful... and he wasn’t to good at explaining the contract but overall good experience thank you Nayeli .
Loved my Honda CRV. Very happy with my purchase and with customer service. Great experience at So Cal Motors in Montclair. Would purchase another car in... the future.
Thank you Gricelda! We are overjoyed you had a great experience! Happy motoring.
Very deceptive advertising. All pictures of the upgraded vehicles are not including all the upgrades. The last picture featured that I looked at was... the sale price indicated. Add another $6,999.00 to the advertised price if you want the truck as represented in all the nice pictures.
I had the worst experience trying to work with these people. I wish I would have listened to the reviews prior to going there. Stay away
The only reason they are getting more than one star is because Irvin was really nice, and they worked with us on the price of the car. Early September... we bought a 2015 Ford Focus ST from these guys. I got a pre approved loan through Navy Federal Credit Union (husband is active duty Marines) and brought all the paperwork to the dealership. We endorsed the check, and handed it over to SoCal Motors with instructions. They said they had done this lots of times before and didn’t need the instructions. Well apparently a few days later, the check was returned because SoCal Motors did not endorse their portion of the check properly. Someone signed it with their personal name instead of “SoCal Motors” like specifically instructed. So NFCU returned the check to their financial institution (Bank of America). My husband has been calling them the last month telling them they need to contact their bank about getting the check back and fixing it. It still has not. I finally called them today and the general manager (Steve? I think?) copped an attitude with me and told me they’re aware it’s their bank that’s causing the hold up. He also mentioned that “navy federal is pretty good about returning the checks when they don’t endorse them properly.” So this has obviously happened before. I should not have to babysit a car dealership to make sure THEY get paid. We will NOT be doing business with them again and will be telling everyone to stay FAR AWAY.
