Dont not allow these people to work on anything. Bad service, poor customer service. Have a excuse for everything. Mopar needs to close this store down....
I had the most awful purchasing experience in my life. The practices are very shady and untrustworthy. We were already pre-approved through our bank... for the purchase of the vehicle. After negotiating the price, we waited for nearly two weeks for a call to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. We called/texted several times. Finally, the shop manager called and said he had "no idea" when the vehicle would be ready. After that, we chose to do business elsewhere.
The vehicle just came in from trade in and needed several repairs in order for us to retail it. It takes time when you want to make things right for... retail.
Communication was very easy and professional. Taylor gave me all the information I needed upon request. Thanks Taylor
quick and friendly, they jumped right on the problem and fixed it first time. Couldn't ask for a better way to be treated. Thank you Community.
I bought a 2016 used wrangler from a dealer that was in Texas. Bought it in to get a code checked. They called me to report the car had been totaled and... would be covered under warranty. At the time carfax and 3 other agencies had no record of it. The dealer I bought the car from went under so I reached out to ask community to help me get the jeep back to oep specs. They refused to work on it and advised to send it to the junkyard. I found a dealer that understood my position took about 3500.00 in repairs but the jeep is as good as new. I have no clue why a dealer wouldn’t try to help a customer with a product they sell
Purchasing a new car from Community Motors was simple and hassle free. They helped me out ever step of the way. I was looking for new 2015 Dodge Challenger,... and had one from their lot specifically in mind. They were willing to remove an unwanted custom race stripe from that Challenger without a verbal or written commitment to buying. I received the deal I wanted after they gave me a generous trade-in offer for a 9 year-old Ford with over 100,000 miles combined with other discounts. Community Motors is well worth the visit.
Great car buying experience! The staff at Community were genuinely helpful, courteous and made the whole transaction a breeze. Would not hesitate to buy... from them again. A+
This was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had! They are very laid back and are truly no pressure. All the other dealers... are very pushy and seem to rush you in your decision but not Community Motors. Every step of the process was easy and I got the deal I wanted with no trouble. The salesman was wonderful and even personally searched my trade in car for something that I had left in it and found it and mailed it to me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and will be looking to them again in the future for all my car buying needs!
I had been looking for a work vehicle in good condition when I came across an F150 at Community Motors . I emailed them and the very next morning Mr. Shane... Guirovich called me. He was very honest unlike other dealers here in New Orleans.. He and I did almost everything over the phone.. I highly recommend going to see him if you're looking for a vehicle.. Thank you once again Mr. Shane...
After getting email run arounds from couple of out of town bigger dealers where the price quotes for a new car kept mysteriously increasing, by the same... salesperson, or where the car suddenly "wasn't available" after they agreed to a certain price, we checked out Community Motors. We emailed to see if a car we were interested in was still in stock and it was, with the same price as listed on the internet. When we got to the dealer, again, the same price was quoted by the salesman. We negotiated a bit, (probably not enough, but we were just happy to be dealing with people who were straight forward with their pricing) and came out with what was decent price for a newer model used car in great condition. The low pressure (no pressure!) sales person was great. We even got to test drive cars without a salesman tagging along. I'll definitely be coming here again if we ever need another car.
