Bought lease GMC Terrain. Was told $600 to have certified. Picked it up then told $1300. New tires brakes. Had car in 3 times for tire leaks. Defective... tires I found out had blow out while driving bought new tire. $173.00. Now going in for 3 rd time for leaking air. 35 to 28 psi over 3 weeks. Dishonest dealer ship. I’m 68 retired nurse with no pension only ss
We are certainly aware of the situation with this customer. The cost for the certification is 600.00, which covers the cost of the warranty. The addit...ional cost was for the tires and brakes, which needed to be replaced for the car to pass the certification requirements. There was an issue with the valve stems, which caused a slow leak. We reimbursed the customer for the repair (prior to this review). In our defense, we are not dishonest and the writer has labeled us and always work to find resolution. Tim Pearce General Manager
Don't fall for their scam of an advertisement. They make it look like you won $1000. I'm reality you won $2. They don't tell you that untill after they... write down all your information and try to sell you a new car.
I'm sorry you feel that way Janet. Yes, we hired a marketing company and had a promotion. You clearly received one of the promotional mailers. The mai...ler is clearly marked with a winning number, a confirmation number and instructions as you how to claim your prize. We had many people that won prizes s as well as purchase vehicles and take advantage of the savings offered. We have been at this location for nearly 50 years and have 1000's of happy and loyal customers. We certainly don't scam as your comment indicates. I appreciate your feedback.
