I'm surprised by the review that said there was no follow through. We too were an out of state buyer. The internet based salesperson emailed me regularly,... responded quickly, set up a visit and confirmed the visit over the course of the week. She lined us up with a gracious salesperson and he and the sales manager worked hard to make sure they met our numbers.
From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Great manager, Frank Monica. Great salesman, Albert Daniel. Beautiful showroom. Great service. A pleasure... to do business with this team.
Like other reviewer had similar experience. NO followup despite multiple emails. If you don't want to sell out of state, don't post it on a... site that is seen nationwide...!

I had contacted this dealer in regards to a 2010 Volvo S80 V8. I had requested info in regards to service in which the person responding got me as much... info as they could. I tried contacting their service department and never got a reply. I then tried to ask them if they would let me know the status of it as I intended to drive the 100 miles I was from it to likely buy it on Saturday. Never got a reply. Saturday morning I call and was told that it had sold. I had asked why the ad was still up and she had told me it was because the buyer had not picked it up, which is reasonable. However, I checked the following day and not only was the ad still up but they raised the price $1,000. Mind you, this is a vehicle they have had over 75 days on their lot. So I was either lied to or a deal fell through and they decided to raise the price on a vehicle they had difficulty selling to begin with. Common sense would have been to contact the person who had sent 4 emails about the vehicle and was ready to buy it and was getting ready to drive there but apparently this dealer is too dysfunctional for that. What a terrible experience dealing with them.
