Great and helpful team ran into a couple of issues during the credit check process but the team did everything they can to get the auto loan. The manager Andre and sales associate Mr Perkins are very kind and knowledgeable people. Great service overall.
Selection was limited because of the times but I found a vehicle that I liked very easily. My salesman Ariel Sanchez, was excellent He is the reason I decided to buy that day without looking further. Overall a great experience and I love my Passport!!!

Above and beyond
Talking with the Service Consultant, Lance Burns, I mentioned a curious problem with the right side turn signal. It was flashing rapidly like a bulb was burnt out, however all the bulbs were working normally..Since I was there for an oil change, Lance offered to have the diagnostic team troubleshoot the problem. I was on a tight schedule and could not wait a longer time to have this done. While waiting for the oil service to be completed, Lance sought me out to let me know the turn signal issue had been corrected. He had gone on-line to troubleshoot the problem which led him to a pigtail connection which had come partially loose, creating the problem. Lance went above & beyond to take the time and effort to locate and correct the problem. Where I come from, that's what we call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Lance and the Breakaway Team.

I have been to other car dealership and they all had free snacks and drinks in the customer waiting room. Your dealership did not.
Another dead battery
The service people are wonderful. I have nothing good to say about the batteryany of the 3 batteries I have been blessed with in the long 4 years and 2 months have owned my brand new Honda vehicle.
