This truck is all I need, good On gas and strong enough to pull anything you can put behind it. It’s a work truck and the family cruiser

  • So nice I bought it!

Awesome truck! After the test drive I determined to run some numbers and see what the dealership had to offer. Kal Xiong and his sales manager did a great job getting me through the process. I want to say if I didn’t have errands to run I could have taken the truck home the same day and the whole signing process would have only taken roughly 30-40min after approval!

  • Moved from a Tundra

I have been a Tundra owner for years. Was set to buy another Tundra. Compared a 2018 SR5 with the Titan XD PR, no comparison. Titan had the under-seat storage and driver side grab handle lacking in the Tundra. The Interior is a few notches above as well. Cons - can't touch the full rear window rolling down! Tech is lacking, the screen is very plain with no way to customize anything, only have Apple car would prefer android.

  • The Best Truck For the Money!

I just purchase a 2018 Titan XD with the diesel engine. I live in Georgia and purchased the vehicle in Memphis Tennessee. After buying the truck I had a 572-mile drive home. At first it was uncomfortable because I did not have a clue about this truck other than my research. I have test driven many but owning it is different. So, on the drive home I discovered many of the features and came to understand its road manners. Feeling the turbo diesel vs. gas was strange because I have never owners a diesel truck and after about 100 miles a smile began to appear on my face. The power is great, and I know this is not an F-250 or GM-2500. Those trucks are nice, but they over kill, and the prices are ridiculous. So, to me there is no value there. The Titan is a wonder value and extremely capable for my needs. My average mile per gallon was around 20 MPG if I kept my foot from getting to happy because it just wanted to gooooo! The road manners were great, and the blind spot monitoring is needed. My first impressions of towing were great. I have rented multiple trucks to tow my food trailer (6500 Ibs) and they sucked (F-150, and Ram 1500). These trucks are just too light, and this makes for a very uncomfortable and scary ride at times. At times I have been passed by Big Truck (18 wheeler's) and I felt like I was being blown off the road or I felt like the trucks where under powered (Ram 1500). The F-150 with Eco-boost has great power, but the gas mileage is horrible, and you begin to smell the catalytic converters because the turbos are so hot. They are also overpriced in some situations and configurations. So, on my first experience of towing with the Titan was awesome and confident. I literally have to focus on slowing this truck down because all it wanted to do is pull and it felt confident. I was passed on the highway by a semi and the truck never moved it just sat there and kept rolling. This truck so far has been great. It does have some Cons: like parking this beast is not easy. Hello it’s a truck! So, I expected that. Like the power of the diesel but hate putting fuel in it because of the smell. SO, WHAT. I keep gloves in my truck. Overall at this point I'm very happy with the purchase. P.S The infotainment system works great and the backup camera is spot on when hooking up a trailer!

  • Perfect for me

Perfect truck for my needs. I absolutely love it at 9,000 miles and 9months. Needed a bit more than a half ton and less than a 3/4 ton and this fits the bill. Rides great but still feels distinctly truck like, which I love. Love that it doesn’t look like every other truck. Nav and Bluetooth system sucks but not a deal breaker.

  • Really nice truck, liked bes of all the new diesel

Lots of room! Well equipped, very nice to drive, pulls great! Test drove new ford chevy and dodge 1/2 tons and I know this one isnt a half ton but definitely worth it, especially when it came.down to the price.

  • Great truck if you are towing a trailer

I bought my 2017 Titan XD Diesel barely used with 11k miles on the clock. I was coming out of a 2017 Silverado I had bought new 2.5 years prior. I was a bit hesitant at first as some of the reviews I had read said that Nissan missed the mark with this truck. This couldn’t be further from the truth. While yes the Titan XD is only rated to pull about the same or slightly more than the half tons it’s how it does it that makes the difference. Hook up an 8k to 10k trailer to the Titan XD and to any regular half ton and you’ll notice the difference right away. The extra weight of the truck and it’s heavier duty components make for a far better and safer towing experience. The Cummins diesel cruises along below 2k RPM’s pulling the same trailer my Silverado would be screaming at 4K RPMs .the bottom line is If your looking hard core work truck and think this is an alternative to a true 2500 you’ll likely be disappointed. If you are looking for something that will pull your travel trailer with ease and confidence yet still be an everyday truck you can live with this is likely the truck for you.

  • perfect for me.

just the right size for a nice boat or camper and supremely comfortable. my xd pro4x does everything i want, and came in at several thousand less than ram , ford or chevy. i had a diesel ram 2500 which was fine, but this titan cant be beat. the only shortfall is a few less lb. towing when compared to 3/4 ton trucks, but 11000 is enough for me.the ride is superior.

  • My Second Titan XD Diesel

So I had a 2016 Titan Platinum XD Diesel and had a bunch of turbo charger issues.....replace twice, failed a 3rd time.....36 days in the shop. The dealership did give me a Titan loaner (gas). I was then contacted by Nissan USA stating they wanted to buy back the truck....which thay did 100% plus a factory discount on a new 2018. I figure any mechanical system can fail but if the factory steps up then I will be a customer.....I have had my 2018 for 11 months and LUV it
