Each time Sheila has been knowledgeable and confident, thus, putting me at ease while I was without my vehicle. The first repair took about a month and it was during a time when so many other collision shops had no room or time to help. I was grateful for Sheila’s prompt attention and concern. Best car buying experience yet! I knew I wanted the Honda Odyssey, and I shopped around quite a bit. I went to several dealerships in Denver and they were high pressure so I decided to make the drive to Boulder. It was a great experience. Michael called me to set up a time to test drive the van (so it would be disinfected), then I just showed up and took the van for a spin. There was zero pressure. I didn’t have to negotiate cost...the van was priced the lowest in the area and I received a great price for my trade in. I already had financing, but they found me another credit union that offered a lower interest rate. Michael was awesome! I highly recommend Fisher Honda. I’ve never had an experience like it! My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!

Overall a 4 star experience. Good communication, decent service times and snacks while waiting. Sometimes it feels like work is being drummed up, while sometimes it doesn’t. Been going here for years and ultimately feel they’re on par or better than other options. Just wish pricing was a little bit better, and I noticed a cost associated with the multi point inspection on the work detail sheet, which seems odd to me since that appears to be an opportunity to drum up business. Maybe it wasn’t clear and they would tell me it’s included and I don’t understand the sheet. Either way, 4 stars.
