My service advised Gilbert David is very professional. I brought a coupon for the service and he told me that the coupon if for conventional oil only, though it specifically under the VIN # of my MDX. Probably, for those who makes the coupons, PLEASE SPECIFY WHAT TYPE OF OIL YOUR REFERRING . I didn?t realize that not all Acura uses Synthetic Oil . This makes your dealership MISLEADING. For the service advisor/Mechanics I give them 5/5.
2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

2023 Acura MDX review
We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

2017 Acura MDX review
I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. I can't wait to get it. Thanks, Vinnie! Bob M. Also, I want to mention that we have been with our Service Advisor, Joanna Wolf, for many years and I can’t say enough good things about her. Great service at BMW West. Joanna keeps us informed about everything and makes sure all that needs to be done is taken care of quickly and for a reasonable price. The free maintenance and warranty work is done with no trouble or issues at all. Any recall notices (rare) are also checked by Joanna. I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.
2014 Acura MDX review
As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

2018 Acura MDX review
I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

2024 Acura MDX review
We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

2023 Acura MDX review
I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

2023 Acura MDX review
Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

2017 Acura MDX review
My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.
