Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! My experience at Stoler Lexus was fantastic, thanks to my sales rep, Gabby (Gabriella Pulice). I had reached out to at least 10 other dealerships, and many of the sales reps were the typical pushy, profit-driven types you’d expect. Some even had obnoxious attitudes, which made the process unpleasant. Gabby, however, stood out in every way. She wasn’t just focused on making a sale—she genuinely wanted to offer a customer-centric experience. Gabby was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth. She took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information and photos of the car, and even arranged for a 3rd-party inspection with my mechanic. She also helped me resolve issues with my trade-in title, which was a huge relief. The buying process itself was seamless. Gabby made it easy for me by providing all the necessary details, including their internal mechanic inspection report, and worked with me to secure the best offer for my trade-in, a 2015 Honda Accord. The finance guy was friendly and professional, though he did try to sell me additional insurance. When I declined, he respected my decision and didn’t push further, which I appreciated. As for the pricing, I was very pleased. The 2016 Toyota 4Runner I purchased was priced fairly, especially since I was able to get to the car before it was even posted on their website. Gabby sent me photos, and I quickly reserved the vehicle with a deposit. The financing rate they offered was competitive and aligned with industry standards. The 4Runner itself was in great condition. With only 47k miles, it looked like it had hardly been driven. The interior was very clean, and although the exterior had a few small dents and scratches, the overall condition was amazing. I would definitely recommend Stoler Lexus to others, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Gabby. She made the car-buying experience easy and enjoyable, and I trust her to provide a great, customer-focused experience.

My overall experience with Deluxe Auto Sales (DAS) My overall experience with Deluxe Auto Sales (DAS) has been positive, earning a solid 4-star rating. However, the delays in shipping gradually dimmed the shine of that positive review. Carlos and Shane were the main points of contact throughout the process. Their availability, particularly Carlos's 24/7 readiness, was a standout feature. Communication during the initial stages was seamless, and the transaction felt smooth and trouble-free. The process took a turn when two issues arose: discovering a damaged trim piece and delays in shipping the car. Initially, the experience was almost flawless. The website provided detailed images and a 3D view of the car, and the paperwork process was swift. Despite some trouble with the online application service related to a password issue, I managed to resolve it after a few attempts. The car was officially mine over two days, November 7th and 8th. Choosing Ally Bank for the loan saved us a few tenths of a percentage point on interest compared to our local credit union. Now, onto the negatives. From November 8th onward, I received little to no information about the arrival and replacement of the damaged trim piece. Responses like "not sure" or "I don't know" were common. Shane, who was supposed to handle this, didn't communicate the status effectively. Shipping delays were also frustrating. The first delay on November 13th was due to the driver's truck breaking down. On November 15th, Victoria from an unknown shipping company informed me that the car would be shipped. Communication from both companies that day was poor. A request for an SS-4 form from DAS was apparently unmet, leading to the cancellation of that company and an overnight wait. On Saturday morning, November 16th, a group text from DAS at 9:26 A.M. informed me of the car's shipment. At 4 PM, I texted Carlos to confirm if the car was not coming so my wife and I could go to dinner. His response was, "Yes, go to dinner. If I have to drive the car to you myself on Monday, I will." Ultimately, a company was hired to tow the car, but there was no plan to return my old car. This lack of planning reflected poorly on DAS's overall service quality. Despite these issues, the car itself is immaculate, meeting or exceeding my expectations. It shifts like a dream. For future improvements: In group texts, DAS staff should sign off with their first name to clarify who is responding. Keep customers informed. Silence creates anxiety and frustration. Provide regular updates on ongoing processes to reassure buyers.
