ALM Marietta review
About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I had the pleasure of working with Lou again, and I also had the chance to meet some fantastic folks in both the management and finance team.

2024 Acura RDX review
An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I did my homework and didn’t expect too much as it’s well known that car dealership want make as much off of you as they can. If you want to save some money do your homework instead of blaming car dealer. There plenty of information online and YouTube on new and used car buying. I paid reasonable on my car and I am happy. I bought new 2020 RDX Black with technology pack.

My dad and I traveled from Augusta to Roswell, GA, to look at a 2024 Acura MDX A-Spec with the intention of purchasing it if everything checked out. After having a disappointing experience at an Acura dealership in Columbia, SC, we decided to use the CarEdge AI service to help us navigate the negotiation process, and we were able to negotiate a great deal. When we arrived at Jackson Acura, we had the opportunity to work directly with the Sales Manager, Dmitry. He was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel so much easier and more comfortable than our previous experience. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely give Dmitry and Jackson Acura a 5-star rating! If you’re in the market for an Acura and want to work with someone who knows their business, communicates honestly, and is willing to work with you, I highly recommend checking out Jackson Acura. After our experience in Columbia, SC, the difference in customer service was definitely noticeable!

By far best dealer experience I've ever had with car dealership. Never pushy and was as friendly as you could ever ask for. Two thumbs up!!!
2024 Acura RDX review
One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

We were not able to come up with a deal. The dealership was firm on their asking price. Although a few days later they did reach out to say that they had dropped the price, unfortunately I had already completed a deal with another dealership.

Very good workforce at this location. Sales and financing was top notch service oriented. The overall process was smooth and did not require a whole day to complete. Looking forward to buying more cars from them in the future.

McDaniels Acura of NewnanReviews
McDaniels Acura of Newnan review
Although I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from McDaniel Acura of Newnan, I want to highlight the exceptional service I received. Caleb and Otis are outstanding managers with remarkable customer service skills—they are truly assets to the dealership. Throughout the entire process, they maintained excellent communication, always striving to help me find a fair price and the vehicle I wanted. I especially appreciated Caleb going above and beyond by extending a special thanks just for visiting their location, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer care. I also had the pleasure of working with salesperson Kerry, who consistently checked in until I was ready to make a decision. Thanks to Caleb, Otis, and Kerry for their professionalism and support. This experience was by far one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had in a while. It was unfortunate that the vehicle I was interested in was limited in availability, as I was genuinely looking forward to doing business with them. Top Notch! (5 stars)
