I helped my elderly mother buy her new car here, and the staff was wonderful with her. They spoke slowly, explained everything twice, and made sure she was comfortable. She drove off smiling. Thank you for treating her with such kindness.

I bought a car for my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a card and balloons at delivery. It made my day! Beyond the fun touch, the pricing and process were excellent. I’ll be a customer for life.

My last several cars were a Lexus, true refinement. Purchased an RDX, with a turbo extremely powerful perfect for my needs. The maintenance on an accurate is less expensive than Lexus. It is a true solid vehicle. Highly recommend recommended.!

Love this car. Great performance and reliability. I love that the mag wheels don’t collect break dust and always look clean. I hate the stop start function and turn it off every time I drive the car

2023 Acura RDX review
My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

An outstanding buying experience from start to finish. Shaun Shirk is the man to see. They were not pushy and did not try to force me into anything.
2021 Acura RDX review
Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Lexus of Jacksonville review
My husband and I just purchased a TX 350 this week. We worked with Shannon and we loved it. Honestly, very painless process. I purchased by first car from a dealership almost ten years ago and swore I'd never go back because of how I was treated. The typical price gouging and feeling like they were just taking advantage of me due to me being young. HOWEVER, working with Shannon restored my faith in a painless and reasonable process. I think that's huge. He was very nice and direct about things. Felt like he was honest and cared about us being happy with everything. No smoke and mirrors situation with him. I'd recommend him and Lexus of Jacksonville to family or friends.

Atlantic Coast Acura review
I am pleased to share my experience with you regarding my recent car lease. From my initial email inquiry, to the moment I stepped into the dealership, and eventually to the final handshake, I can confidently say that it was a thoroughly positive experience. Nash was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my preferences and budget constraints before guiding me towards suitable options. His honest approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. He went above and beyond after the lease was completed to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my car leasing experience. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their professionalism and transparency, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to share my feedback.

Atlantic INFINITI review
We have had a Great Experience with Atlantic Infiniti from purchasing to service…..We highly recommend them and look forward to our next opportunity to deal with them in the future.
2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

2021 Acura RDX review
I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

CarMax Jacksonville West review
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.

I helped my elderly mother buy her new car here, and the staff was wonderful with her. They spoke slowly, explained everything twice, and made sure she was comfortable. She drove off smiling. Thank you for treating her with such kindness.

Beaver Chevrolet review
Tribute to Vald Adunt, Jaime Moore, and Phil Taylor I would like to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Vald Adunt, Jaime Moore, and Phil Taylor for the outstanding experience they provided. From start to finish, their professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine courtesy set them apart. They didn’t just represent Beaver Corvette Chevrolet—they elevated the entire experience. Every question was answered with confidence, every detail was handled with care, and every interaction reflected true respect for the customer. It’s rare to come across a team that combines expertise with such a personable and welcoming approach. Their passion for what they do is evident, and it makes all the difference. Thank for setting the standards.
2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

The service that I received was great. My service advisor Patrick Selden Jr. was very professional and courteous. Mr. Selden Jr. made sure to keep me updated about my vehicle. He was very thorough when going over the paperwork. Mr. Selden Jr. receives a 5 out of 5 stars equivalent to 100% . It is a pleasure doing business with Lexus of Orange Park.

4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
