2021 Acura TLX review
I have the 2021 TLX A-Spec, which is a great looking car. I especially like the sound system, which rivals the Harmon Cardon which I had in my 2018 Kia Stinger; however, since day one I've been having noise issues. There is excessive wind noise at speeds 50mph and over. The other issue is a nagging noise coming from the steering wheel. I already left it a couple of times at the dealership, and it was fixed the second time, only to come back again. I already made a third appointment to look into it, again...

2021 Acura TLX review
A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

My best car EVER I’ve had different Acura types before TL, ILX but my TLX is the best of all. Reliable and perfect. The key is to follow up have maintenance and take great care of your car needs. It’s very important to me to drive a great reliable car because I travel for work. My service advisor is amazing and the Acura technicians are knowledgeable. After buying and servicing numerous vehicles at Pearson Honda, I stopped going after one of the service advisors got crappy with me when I challenged him about taking 1-1/2 hours to have my engine oil changed. I had an appointment; they didn't squeeze me in. That was six years ago. In June 2026, I decided to give them another try. Wow! What a transformation in attitude. I was told that changes had occurred, and I noticed it. This time I had my transmission and rear differential oil changed, and it took a little over an hour. I was talked to like my business was appreciated and my thoughts about Pearson Honda mattered. I am impressed!

This is my 7th New Subaru I've purchased. It started in 1982 with a 1982 Station Wagon GL, and a 1982 Brat GL. This is my 2nd Subaru Forester from Parkway Subaru. I Loved my 2022 Forester and didn't plan on Trading it In, but the more Research I did on the 2026 Forester Limited Premium Hybrid it just made sense to Trade. I even Talked to Consumer Reports about Making the Trade. I have to say that Jeremy Race is the best Car Salesman I have ever dealt with in Any New Car Purchase. He has always gone Above and Beyond in Both of My Purchases from Your Dealership. His Knowledge of the Product is Excellent, and He Explains Everything Very Well. And when I used to see him at the Dealership while there for service he was always as nice as ever. So Overall I Would Give Your Dealership a 10 Out Of 10 🌟 🌟🌟!!!
