We enjoyed working with Alison for the purchase of our new CR-V. She is knowledgeable, open to all questions and exceptionally personable. A delight to spend time with. Followers through on what she says she will do. If i had a need for another Honda today, I would contact Alison.
Clean operation. quick response on my initial inquiry. Management put me front of sales rep in just a few minutes. Steve Smith did an outstanding job of reviewing the car and showing us any possible issues and we moved through the paperwork process quickly. Would recommend them to others with no issue.
The whole process of setting up an appointment online, meeting with Steve, test driving the vehicle while the dealership was calculating a trade in value for ours, signing the papers to driving off the lot with our car was very smooth and timely. Our salesperson, Steve, had our best interest in mind and was very thorough.
Roy was awesome in helping us find my perfect car. Even when a few minor issues came up with the service records, Roy was quick to have everything fixed and squared away so that I could drive off happy and safe. Highly recommend Hanna Imports, and definitely ask for Roy!

I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Hilda was my sales agent and welcomed me with open arms. She was very professional and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in the car that I wanted. She never gave up on me and gave me my space when I needed it and when it was time to close the deal she was all in. I would 100% recommend Hilda to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. I was contact Mr Jake Henshaw in the Raleigh N.C. store who was very professional and provided me with the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. After identifying what I was looking for in a car he was able to provide me with several option which helped with my selection. I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager.
When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
The most hassle-free experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Ahmed, Ignacio and Monica worked as a team to help me schedule my test drive, pre-purchase inspection and delivery. Price was right, and they even delivered the car to my home. Paperwork took about 10 minutes...couldn’t have been easier. And the car is terrific!

Went to Hendrick Subaru Southpoint, to test drive and ultimately purchase a Certified used Forester. The one we viewed online was sold when we arrived but, we had a 2nd car picked. We drove it and decided to purchase. Within less than 3 hrs. we were driving off in our "New to us" Certified Forester. With the help of Gaelan Fraboni, and Will Priest, we have a newer car with short and comfortable payments. The whole team at Hendrick Subaru is fast, efficient and professional.

Chris did a great job as my service advisor. He provided good information and respected my wishes and interest. Also, he did not disappear once the sale was made but helped me tie up several loose ends. I can honestly say I received top shelf service from Chris and his co-workers and that buying the car was a good experience. PS. That's Chris from New York.
I bought a used Legacy from Chris Kinkade last night and couldn’t be happier. Before going to Subaru, I had driven nearly 10 cars across all makes. Chris did a full walk around explaining features of two models even past closing time. I ended up purchasing and he even helped me pick the best auto insurance. He went well above and beyond in all ways! Will Priest also stayed late to complete my financing, again above and beyond and always friendly.
Cam and the rest of the Performance Acura Team did a first rate job of getting my rear struts replaced, arranging for a loaner car and making it a pleasant experience. Everything was taken care of efficiently in a friendly, low-stress environment (like it always is); I've been getting my Acura serviced here since 2008 and have never been disappointed.
I arrived on the day after my scheduled appointment and they were able to work me in and make the repairs. I appreciated this very much.
