I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
I bought a car from Bentley dealer in Las Vegas few years ago. The customer service was great. Me and my wife received the same type of customer service here couple days ago when we bought a car for my wife. Everything was smooth. Daniel our sales rep and Craig the sales manager were both great. So was everyone else. Craig would find excuse after excuse to give us better deal after deal after deal and after deal. The only thing was left is to just give us the car for free.
I also love the fact that sales people are cool with eacother. Every other dealer we been to we found that it's a cut throat style between all the sales reps. Not here though. Other sales people would find an excuse to talk to us or ask us questions while our sales person was down on his knees making sure the car was shiny enough and cleaning every little thing on it.
While I am a Mercedes Guy. I will keep the new NSX in mind!

I called on a vehicle they had is stock. I asked if they could do a better price and I was told "no" at first that it was "already discounted". After telling them the payment I was looking for they lowered the price and helped get me great financing! We did everything by phone and they had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived. Once in a million 19 Apr 2013 I was perfectly happy as I was leaving the hardware store on the 19th of March until a speeding vehicle hit my cherry 2001 Acura CLS and totaled it. I was going to drive that car until the wheels fell off, but I thought that dream ended before the last piece of chrome hit the pavement. I was wrong. A few days later the insurance matter was settled and a check was on its way. I had not given a moment’s thought to the replacement car. But as I sat in front of my computer I Googled to see what was out there and started with a search for a 2001 Acura CLS. As incredible as it may sound the first hit on my search was a 2001 Acura CLS, less miles than on my old car, with a price slightly less than the insurance payoff, placed on the market just a few days ago and it was located less than four miles from my home at Nello Audi. First thing in the morning I was greeted by Tammi Chance and lead to the car. It was identical to my totaled car. Same color, inside and out, same accessories and in cherry condition. After a ride Tammi lead me through the paperwork with the attention and professionalism one would have expected when buying a new Aud i. Within a few minutes my dream returned. I was going to drive a 2001 Acura CLS until the wheels fall off. The total experience with Tammi Chance, the financial office and the service department was exemplary. I just have one challenge and that is deciding if I want to have Nello Audi or Nello Acura servicing my car. I will make the logical decision when time comes and I do look forward to having some fun with Nello Acura on the next routing service explaining how my car has a different VIN. I bought a used car from here a couple of weeks ago. I was very impressed with how helpful, Brian, the salesman was. He even stayed a few hours after he was off, not knowing if I was going to purchase a car or not. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a great deal with the price of the vehicles I’m just kind of iffy in regards the location for maintenance and repairs I’m still looking to buy a vehicle and I think I should be getting it in the next two months
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well.
During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening.
The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
