Great experience at the dealership. Micheal was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He helped me get into my Jeep Summit and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Micheal if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Toni Nemi is great at what he does- that’s why I came back for a second time. He is personable and treats his customers like family. He works hard to make his customers happy and it does not go unnoticed.
2021 Acura RDX review
Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

I contacted the Lexus dealership helping one of my sons who is looking at a Lexus NX...Yoko took the call and provided exceptional customer service and information to help us with the process...where most dealerships rely on AI or call centers, it was refreshing to talk with a professional who was both knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions...definitely 5-star quality and service...thank you Yoko, for your time and assistance with the buying experience!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

2019 Acura NSX review
For the price, technology, comfort, reliability and warranty is the best supercar I've own! better than a 570s, Huracan, 458 period and Acura will actually honor their warranty no questions asked. In my case a 60k repair was fully paid for by Acura, the NSX never gives me any problems, it actually works.

2013 Acura TL review
I bought my 2013 ACURA TL Special Edition new with 25 miles (I test drove it with 5 miles). I have taken care of that baby since day one. It's been garaged; well-maintained (oil changes; tires replaced; battery replaced). Just turned 77,000 miles today! I am selling mine only because I need an SUV. I wish I could keep it as my second car.

Mentor NissanReviews
Mentor Nissan review
It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can’t express what a relief it was to be heard. Domenic has a great personality and will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. Best car shopping experience! Will definitely shop here for my next car!
2023 Acura TLX review
TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

Crown Acura review
I had a great experience working with Matthew at Crown Acura throughout the entire process of getting my Acura Integra. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make everything come together. What I appreciated most was how he continued exploring different options to help me find the car with the exact specifications I wanted. He was very communicative throughout, which made the entire experience of getting a new car feel easy and pleasant. I really appreciate all of the time and effort Matthew put into helping me, and I would definitely recommend working with him!
2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

Crown AcuraReviews
Crown Acura review
Five Stars for Crown Acura – Exceptional Service and Unmatched Honesty! I recently had an outstanding experience at Crown Acura and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier vehicle service or a stress-free dealership environment. I actually purchased my Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Acura MDX from a different dealer, but before I bought it, I reached out to Chris McGrew, the General Manager at Crown Acura. Because the SUV was originally purchased and serviced at his facility, Chris was able to shed light on its exact history. Even though he knew I was ultimately buying it from another dealership, he took the time to review the records, told me the car was in great condition, and genuinely recommended that I get it. There was absolutely zero pressure from him or his staff to change my mind or buy from them instead. When the MDX needed some warranty work completed later on, I brought it straight back to Crown Acura. I was paired with service representative Ashley Rubensaal, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the warranty service that needed to be performed, and she seamlessly arranged a loaner car for me so my day wasn't interrupted. This wasn't my first time at Crown Acura; I have been to this dealership several times before, and the staff is consistently polite, helpful, and never pushy. I would have gladly purchased my MDX directly from them, but they just didn't have the specific year and model combination I was hunting for at the time. On top of the stellar customer service, the facility itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. Plus, it is located right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient and easy to access. If you want a dealership with true integrity, go see Chris, Ashley, and the team!
2023 Acura MDX review
It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

2026 Acura MDX review
The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Silver Star Motors review
Here's our story- i found the car i wanted online. year / engine / model / color / LOW miles. Very good price caught my eye. hmmm. a complimentary carfax report worth $40? Sure-click... looks good. it was a one owner car. 700 miles from home. one way airplane ride. i guess its possible. check / recheck nope no comparable local deal. hmm. Geez thats low miles... serious consideration. i find there is a cheap oneway flight every Tuesday and car is a mere 40 miles from airport. hmmm. i request some specific photos. Silver Star sales staff gets them to me. Photos look good. hmmm. i make an offer, they respond and we strike a very fair deal. we finance ourselves at home. Then, we fly! we arrive! we ride Lyft to Silver Stars facility. yay!. The car is a beauty! I am thrilled and also feel very very schmart! we burst into song! Rating? 5 stars no question. i would do the deal again. i would highly recommend Silver Star Motors in Tallmadge OH. Oganes is a good guy. Happy ending. BR

Silver Star MotorsReviews
Silver Star Motors review
We came all the way from the state of Florida to get a used car from here. It's been almost a year now and I'm still pleased with my purchase. I took one star off because my car was listed as having features that it ended up not having (for example, my car was listed as having memory seats however when we got up there to see the car it did not actually have memory seats). That wasn't necessarily a deal breaker for me, but if a listed feature is a deal breaker for you then be sure to double check before making your trip to the car lot, or before making your final purchase. Other than that, the car was a great deal. Low miles and a low price! Couldn't be happier.
2023 Acura TLX review
I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Everyone at the dealership was helpful, patient with my questions, and very knowledgeable about the process. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years, and would rate this dealership as the best in Ohio.

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I stopped into Crown Acura after searching for a good used vehicle in Michigan, Indiana and other dealers in Ohio. Colin MacLean II helped me with finding the perfect vehicle for my needs while Jim Campo found the best financing to seal the deal. They made the process very smooth and satisfying and I ended up with more than just a good vehicle. I ended up with a great one.

Alfa Romeo of Strongsville review
Recently purchased a 2020 Guilia Quadrifoglio. My out of state purchase was amazing. The selection of Quadrifoglios was the best in the nation. Working with both Ron and the sales manager Mike was a low pressure, simple experience. We quickly negotiated the price and the car arrived within days to my driveway free of charge. I highly recommend Alfa of Strongsville.

2019 Acura MDX review
I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

2023 Acura MDX review
The salesman called me as a follow up to my inquiry of the car from cars.com He was is simple terms - unprofessional. He acted as though we were drinking buddies. His vocabulary was very slang, from the hood. His experience is lacking on how to talk to an adult. A car is an investment. It’s a very personal buying experience. A buyer needs to feel assured about the car and dealership before buying. Strongly recommend to buy a car from another dealership than cars connect in Tallahassee, Florida.

2015 Acura TLX review
I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

This dealer is the bomb, I drove six hours to get to the dealership and the car that I drove to see was exactly how they described. Closed the deal within 1 hr. When I got home I looked for the wheel lock nut and it wasn’t there, went to dealer locally and bought one. Let unlimited motors know about the transaction and they refunded me for the part. Very, very satisfied with this dealershio

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"
