As I said in my review, I purchased this car from this dealership in 2017. At the time it had about 35,000 miles on it. It has been a great car. It gets 25-27mpg on the highway although it only gets 18-20 around town. The seats are comfortable and there's plenty of cargo room if you keep the third row seats down. The only thing it doesn't have that I would like is a heated steering wheel. My previous car, a 2012 GMC Denali XL, had a heated wheel, and in the winter it was really great to grab a warm steering wheel. This is a great family car and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to get this car due to an emergency. Paid $3600 with 198k miles. After only doing minor repairs, oil changes and new tires the cost has been 1k and 210k miles strong. RELIABLE !!!!!

Quick and easy as usual. It really helps with planning when dealerships have drop/pickup service so we don?t need to wait at dealership until they have serviced the vehicle.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

I will caution anyone reading this review on one thing..... The One Hour, One Person, only happens after you've decided on the vehicle. My appt was at 1230 and I left after 3:30. It was a little different because I ordered my car, and my salesperson got caught up with another client who showed up early. ... A whole day earlier!! I worked with 2 other salespersons, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I came in with my own financing, and only had to deal with their sales pitch of items which I was already going to buy (extended warranty, dent protection). This was the best experience I've had with a dealer because I was prepared, and the car I wanted was already allocated to me. Lastly, I want to commend this dealership for not marking the car up with unnecessary fees, or after delivery accessories, like paint protect, tint, car bra's, seat protector, etc! I don't believe I'll be back anytime soon, because, for one it's a Honda, and two, it's a Honda!! If I need another car in the future, I'll definitely go here first. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Was just coming to LOOK AT a used CRV and not buy. Valarie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable as she told us about the car and all its features. Then she took us on a test drive. That’s when the car sold itself. The price was about what I thought it should be with the low mileage and all the features. Trade in was what I thought it would be also. Financial guy was great too. Great experience.

I own one for over a year now and love it. Winter or summer it is fun quick and nimble. It is 2023 and it has held up well no rust drives like new. Easy to maintain and simple mods to boost the power. I was going to trade in for the newer Honda accord with the 2.0 turbo but I can't justify it with almost same torque and Hp numbers but the RDX has SH AWD. So it is a keeper I decided.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I purchased a Mazda 3 from Sevan. Great service, came and picked me up for a test drive, showed me other options. I when with the Mazda. Purchase was painless. After driving it for two days thought there was something wrong in the front end. I dropped it off and they took me back to my residence. Few days later the had it fixed no charge and dropped it off for me. Great service stand behind there sales.

I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience shopping here. They were helpful and patient with no pressure to buy. They found exactly what I wanted, even when I didn’t know exactly what that was. The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

We love our 2023 Acura MDX -- handling, ride (in all modes), acceleration (definitely enough when you need it to enter the highway, etc.), interior, dependability, technology and size. This car is the perfect size for us with 3 dogs. We make lots of trips to the park and of course, to stores regularly too. We do lots of DIY projects too so we need to haul materials. The MDX offers plenty of space to do it. The gas mileage is great (25 mpg+ in the city for us) -> much better than the under 10 mpg we had been getting with our 2018 truck. Very pleased with the versatility of the MDX.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.
