I was recently looking for a good used car to buy my daughter for her 16th birthday. I found one I liked online and contacted the dealership via e-mail. Brittney Smith was quick to reply to my e-mail and answered all of my questions about the car and set us up a time to come in on a Sunday to look at the car. She even e-mailed me the Carfax report and some additional warranty info I asked for. That Sunday, my wife and I met with a salesman named JD and he was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure my wife or I into purchasing anything unlike some salesmen at other dealerships tend to do. He gave us space and let us look at the car and test drive the car so we could decide if we liked it or not. We put a deposit down that day and came back the following Saturday and bought the car and took it home so we could surprise our daughter with it at her birthday party! She LOVED it!!! It was a great day and a great buying experience. I highly recommend them!!! FYI, we bought the car from the Lebanon location, but I'm sure their other stores are just as great!

I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
3rd time was the charm for us, as the first 2 cars sold before we could make it out to see them on a weekend. We never felt pressure throughout the buying process and felt that people at Brentwood Auto were genuinely interested in helping us. Special thanks to Sam and Terri for their patience, understanding and care they showed us as the 1st time buyers.
When I decided that my 2015 RDX, less than a year old, wouldn't stand up against the 2016 RDX w/Advance Package I called Dennis Spry at Gary Force Acura. Not many of these 2016's were in existance in late April 2015. Dennis assisted me in working out an excellent transaction, taking my 2015 in trade and factory ordering the exact 2016 that I wanted. Dennis stayed on top of the process, keeping me informed during the time it required for the car to be built. Delivery went very smooth and the car is outstanding. Dennis is a very good guy to work with.
I decided to purchase a 2011 Acura MDX – Advanced package and since these cars are not as common as other MDX models, it required me to expand my search Nationwide to get the color and the deal I was wanting. Having never purchased a car over the internet, I was a little unsure on how the process would work. Fortunately for me the sales representative from Gary Force Acura (Peter Corey) had the process down. The car in question was a “certified pre-owned” Acura which gave me some sense of comfort but Peter took the time to have several people note any imperfection in the car, and then communicate those imperfections to me so there were no surprises when I went to pick up the car. The negotiation took just a few phone calls before the deal was struck and a down payment was made. Peter picked me at the airport and drove us back to the dealership where the final paperwork was completed and ownership transferred. The car was just how it was described over the phone; in fact it was actually in better shape than was described. The car was perfectly detailed inside and out, with 2 full sets of floor mats (both carpet and all weather) as well as a full tank of gas. Thanks Peter for making my first internet car buying experience an excellent one. I will not hesitate to do it again.

I had a very good experience with David Tran, salesman. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. He followed up pre-purchase after my first visit as well as the day after purchase. He also visited my home to set up our Acura link garage door opener after purchase. I appreciated his professionalism and help in selecting the car I was looking for.
