Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Sub par auto from Acura.. I previously bought the tsx, it was a great car. The accura ilx is several steps below the Honda civic..
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This car is just perfect for me!It is both beautiful inside and outside, and easy for me to throw my bike and workout gear in the trunk area. I hope to use this car for a long time!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
The staff was so wonderful! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, really wanted to make sure you were getting the best car for you and your family. I was treated with respect and staff was very courteous ! I want to let everyone know that I would not hesitate to come back to this dealership in Cool Springs.

it met all of my expectations and i honestly love the ride, it was clean and kept well maintained by the previous owner
the color was nice like i never been so happy to be driving, and isnt that the most important. im going to have this car for 5 years financed so i made sure i fell in love with it.
I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

This car is a nice driver, it has several features found in luxury cars. Comfortable and roomy for its size. It has a nice entertainment setup with backup camera.
I was referred to Todd by a friend who had SUCH a great car buying experience he insisted I at least have a look- I left with my dream car. Todd is friendly, thorough, and very professional/knowledgeable throughout the whole car buying process- he made a typically tough task easy. A trustworthy dealer worth visiting!

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

Car has more leg room bells and whistles. The previous body style was nice but i like thr new one more. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing another one.
Great experience, nice facility, helpful staff and thorough examination of my vehicle. Went in to get the airbag recall replacement completed. I was given a list of items that will need attention soon and not pressured to have them completed immediately. It was very different from the high pressure service centers I???ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don???t get everything fixed immediately.

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
My salesman, Chris Vasilik, was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what my needs were and helped me find what I wanted with a smile. The sales service was fantastic and the finance department was exceptional. I???ve bought several different cars in my lifetime so far, but I???ll be sticking with Honda of Murfreesboro from here on out.

drives and looks great wish i went with the all wheel drive version but FWD is still very good in the snow and v6 offers great performance
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.

We absolutely love this car! It is the sport wagon version of the TSX and it has great performance as well as super spacious for being a sport car. We love the style of the outside and the inside is very sleek and comfortable. It has lots of ports for different options for listening to music or connecting a device all hidden from the initia view but still easy to find and manage. We are very pleased and happy with our purchase.
I would recommend Hyundai Volkswagen of Murfreesboro. I was with my brother-in-law and was so impressed with the way Chris Oliver handled the process. He really was very helpful and made the process as seamless as possible! He is awesome! Everyone there is and I love the coffee machine by the way!

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.

SHO model well worth it. Still adding music too hard drive. TLX did not match quality,size off style. Paint excellent. Wheel package paid for itself.
