Good for buying cars, not so good for maintaining.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
Nael Issa was a wonderful sales person. Personable and knowledgeable. He listened and found me the car I wanted. I was referred to him by my neighbor, who also purchased a Mercedes from him. Thanks for making my first Mercedes experience a great one!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, firstname.lastname@example.org late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
The perfect transaction from sale to delivery. Jem Motors is a very professional dealership and the staff is very helpful, honest and very accommodating in all aspects. My vehicle was transported from CA to PA without a glitch. Very professional organization. Will definitely purchase another vehicle from Jem Motors.
I purchased a pre-owned car from Wondries Ford last year, and have been using their maintenance services on a regular basis. Admittedly, I had reservations getting my car serviced at the dealer due to prior experience with a different make and dealer. I've had a great experience with Wondries Ford service department! They are reasonably priced, know their vehicles, provide awesome customer service, and send email reminders. This makes keeping my car maintained stress free! I have a bit of a commute to work, and it is critical my car is taken care of!
THIS PLACE WILL ABSOLUTELY SAVE YOU A WHOLE LOT OF TIME!!!!!!
I began my search in January of 2017 and after 5 weeks only found myself exhausted, frustrated, and still without a vehicle.
I searched in Hollywood and Los Angeles and all I found were run-down dealerships and some well-kept but full of snakes. Most wanted down payments that will far too much.
The mileage on the average vehicle in those areas was absurdly high for the prices and terms they were asking for.
The cars were also lackluster for the prices being asked.
I thought this was the common trait and steadied myself to make a decision with a sheisty company. They actually showed me a vehicle (and assured me they could hold it for 24hrs) and within an hour of me calling them back to begin the process of purchase, I was told that it had been sold but that another vehicle was available. Such a negative experience.
TM MOTORS WILL PROVIDE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE which may a world of difference to a person stressed out from my search to purchase a worthwhile vehicle.
I bought my vehicle from them in February and have had absolutely no problems with it. In fact I'm in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from them before October is up.
No gimmicks, just great cars, and I dealership that helps for repeat business so they treat everyone fairly.
Before purchasing from them I tried one other company in Anaheim and found them to be completely Shady. They attempted to sell me a 2001 hybrid at a super high price (6000) because of his low mileage (30,000).
When I took it to my mechanic it was easy for him to tell that the cells were about to give and that replacing it will cost me another $2,500.
That kind of trickery will not occur with TM Motors.
I'll check back in 6 months from now with an update, but I'm honestly telling you these guys provide a great experience and can work with most anyone's credit to get them in a great car Within 2 hours of walking in or less ¿

I was looking to buy a new car and walked into Galpin to look at the Continental. I was greeted by a salesman on the floor who was on his way to lunch. He referred me to Shaun Shahar. Shaun came out to meet me and I told him I wanted to test drive the car. I also told him the model, color and options I wanted. He happened to have that particular model on the lot. He had his associate Aaron take me for a test drive in the car. Aaron was well versed in all the features of the car. I took the car through its paces and I decided that the Continental just might be the car for me. I think Aaron was excellant and personable to work with. Once I got back to the showroom I spoke to Shaun about pricing and the financing options. He gave me his best price and the deal structure. I decided to think about it. There was no pressure of any kind put on me to buy. Shaun called me back the next day and I told him that I was still interested in the car. We went over the pricing again and made some adjustments in my favor. I stalled on the purchase price. He sounded so disappointed and I was too. The next day the sales manager called me and I told him I would buy the car with one final adjustment in price. He called me back 10 minutes and said we have a deal. I got into an Uber. Shaun sat down with me and went over the terms of the purchase. He explained it all to me in a clear and precise manner. I then signed all the paperwork. Then Shaun sat in the car with me and gave me a crash course on all of the features and how they operate. He was very patient as I soaked it all in. Then he gave me a rapid fire test and I passed with 100%. I felt competent to operate my new car and drove home. I have to tell you that it was a pleasure to work with Shaun and his associates. He made everything smooth and without causing any stress. I would recommend him to anyone I know that wants to buy a Lincoln or a Jag.
