Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I especially want to thank Stephanie and James. Although I only spoke with Stephanie on the phone, she is the greatest. James Green is the nicest and most attentive salesperson that I have ever dealt with. While looking at the car, he pointed out and had fixed, scratches on the car that I had not seen. He also spent time going over the numerous features of the car. The only issue that I had, was for the purchase of an extra key for the car. The car only had one key. I was told that the key could be made at a Kia dealer, but not told the price of a keyless remote. I had never had a key like that before. The key and programming of the key cost an extra $302. Overall, I recommend this car dealership. I purchased a 2017 car for the price that other dealerships are asking for 2015 and 2016. I have a great used car with low miles that looks brand new.
After being involved in a car accident I found myself in the market to purchase a vehicle. This dealership happened to have a used Chevy Malibu on their lot that was the perfect replacement for my older version. Robert could not have made this unexpected purchase a more pleasurable experience for me. He was efficient, thorough, and honest!!!! Most importantly he did not pressure me to buy. He allowed me the time to make a decision while staying in contact with me. At another lot I looked at a similar vehicle but ultimately decided to give Superior Acura my business because of the excellent Srvice Robert provided me! I would highly recommend this lot to anybody looking for a used or new vehicle.
From my first call to the frigid car-side farewell from my sales person and the finance manager, I was treated with respect and genuine appreciation as a customer. The price of my vehicle was such that I needed not haggle. Although they typically did not hold vehicles out on the lot, as I was driving nearly 2 1/2 hours from my home, they took that into consideration and agreed to hold the vehicle for me once they knew I had obtained financing and had check in hand. Alec, my cool sales guy, was very responsive to my texts and attentive to my questions and concerns as if I were buying a new $50,000 Acura. Our six-year-old vehicle was nicely detailed and ready for us to pick it up in a toasty warm service bay. The second remote was accidentally left on the desk before we left and when I contacted him about it, he sincerely apologized and said it would be overnighted to me the next day. There is a nearly identical newer vehicle with less miles and a few more bells and whistles still sitting on the lot just north of Chicago because evidently those people don't care about their customers like this dealership does. Nice job guys!
We drive two hours away to purchase our car from them. They beat out the competition by a couple thousand dollars, I couldn't be more happy with my car and my experience. Evan Pruit sent me many emails and worked around my schedule, the car was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this dealership and this staff.
I found a van at this dealership that I loved and priced right! They were going to give me a fair price for my trade in also. Robert took his time, spoke with me a lot, and did the BEST JOB he could for me. Unfortunately we hit a bump in the road during the financing process and by the time it was solved the van sold. Evan, John and Robert worked VERY VERY HARD to solve the issues and for that I am so thankful. I think they are a great team and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Robert if you are in search of a used vehicle! No pressure sales, courteous, and thorough!!!
I recently purchased a used 2016 MDX. I had a wonderful experience working with Ricardo Rutledge and had it not been for him I probably would look elsewhere for my next car. When closing the deal it was at the end of the day and unfortunately that experience was very rushed and things were not very well explained. I had to go back the following day after reviewing my paperwork at home and had Ricardo go over everything with me again. I also had to have the car detailed again as it was not wiped down on the inside. The car was not ready in my opinion to be on the lot for resale. I was not surprised to find that the oil was not changed and I will be needing to do that sooner rather than later. My experience with Ricardo was superb and he made sure that I understood everything the day after the sale and he made sure the car was wiped down to a better satisfaction. I was surprised at the used car facility versus the new car showroom there is definite updating that needs to be done. I believed I paid a fair price for my car and received a fair price for my trade. I will consider looking at Superior Dayton in the future if I have the opportunity to work with Ricardo again.
Four days ago and after two hundred miles I'm thrilled with my new (to me) 2013 Acura TL. The vehicle is immaculate. I don't tell people it's pre-owned and they don't know any different! And what a deal. I found the original sticker in the owners manual and I've saved about $17K off that sticker.
Infiniti of Dayton, and specifically, Jerome Smart and Zack Field, are superb in all ways. Have worked with Jerome in the past and he is a first-class person as well as an honest and very energetic and competent sales manager. And Zack, although I have have just known him a short time, is very supportive and knowledgeable about all products. A joy to work with.
We had a TERRIBLE time at other dealerships on the only weekend my wife was able to go with me to purchase a new vehicle. One dealership that was 1hr + away from our home said they had the vehicle we wanted, "on hold" for us. Come to find out, only AFTER we arrived at the dealer, the car had been moved to another dealer the evening before. No call, no letting us know... so we drove that far for nothing. After keeping us there for 5 hours telling us they'e be able to get us a nicer vehicle, down to what we wanted to spend per month, we finally left (they couldn't come close to our preferred monthly payment event though they kept saying they'd be able to). Fast forward; I called Brant at Lebanon Ford and he was awesome. We got there an hour before close on a Friday - and within an hour, he had done as much work for us as the other dealership had done in five hours. Brant worked to get the car we had found and wanted, transported to Lebanon Ford (closer to us), and by Saturday afternoon we were happy "new" car owners! Brant and the rest of the team we dealt with, worked quickly and worked very hard to get us in and out in an amazingly short amount of time, while also making sure we were well taken care of! I can't say enough good things about Brant and his team. They were very busy the weekend we went, yet we didn't wait long and we felt comfortable and assured the whole time that we were being well taken care of. Thanks guys!

We went to Superior looking for a lightly used Acura forour Daughter who starts driving next mth they didn???t disappoint. We found one we loved, and everything went smooth from working with the salesman ???Kool Ken??? to the financing with Chad. Both are great guys and I would recommend to friends and family for sure! Happy customers and our daughter is very happy with her 2015 Pearl White Acura TLX, just beautiful!!

First stopped in at this dealership 3 months ago and looked at a few vehicles with Konrad Nicholson. I am a VERY slow car buyer... when I came back recently, Konrad remembered me and what I had been looking for in a vehicle. Konrad was very helpful, attentive, and patient without ever being pushy. The dealership honored their offer on my trade-in from three months prior (even though I traded in a convertible and when I finally purchased a car we were into the cold weather months). They let me take the car I was considering home to make sure my mother could easily get in and out of it with her mobility issues. Konrad is very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I highly recommend him!
Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend everyone give Independent Auto Sales a try. Ultimately, purchasing a car has a lot to do with how you feel about your purchase. I haven't felt this good about purchasing a car in a long time. Kudos to Independent Auto Sales!
