I went in because there was a clunking noise in turning tight turns. My Highlander is a 2004 which I bought new. It has approximately 116,300 miles on it. They did a thorough review and decided that the steering rack was the source of the noise. The cost was going to be about half of what the vehicle is worth. I was told that it was safe to drive and elected not to spend that much on such an old vehicle. My service adviser is Bill Grubb. I have known Bill probably more than 20 years and trust him like a friend. I have only owned Toyotas the last 25 years. My other car is a 2018 Camry SE, which I bought because my 2003 Camry XLE was totaled by another driver.
2019 Acura RDX review
We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

2025 Acura MDX review
After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. Competition was fierce with Lexus, KIA, Volvo, and others offering compelling alternatives. But in the end customer loyalty won out. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Also of importance the technology interface feels intuitive with a very shallow learning curve. Highly recommend.

2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. Annu was prompt, professional and attentive through the entire process, which took nearly a month by the time the vehicle got to my doorstep. Annu even worked through an unplanned trip to the hospital. Annu responded immediately to my initial inquiry, went to bat for me early on pricing, secured the vehicle so that it was reserved for me, promptly addressed some paperwork preferences I had, arranged for the car to be shipped, again went to bat for me when I requested a late change in price, and assured that the car was taken care of in transport. I asked a lot of Annu in this transaction and he came through each and every time. Thank you Annu! Fantastic performance!
