We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!

Spoke to the general sales manager to schedule huge maintenance on my truck couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism fast service on how it was scheduled and my ram truck was ready when they said it would be couldn’t ask for a nicer people and wonderful dealership

Staff is knowledgeable and listens to customers vehicle issues. And assist me in making those decisions. They never put pressure on me to purchase more services than I could afford. He was very helpful in every detail.

We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.
