The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Audi Napa ValleyReviews
Audi Napa Valley review
The Audi Napa Valley dealership is one of the best dealerships I've worked with. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, easy to work with, and genuinely fair throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much they listened. Rather than pushing me toward whatever was easiest to sell, they took the time to understand what I actually needed — my budget, my priorities, and how I planned to use the car — and made sure I ended up in the vehicle that truly fit my life. There was no pressure, no hard sell, just honest guidance from people who clearly know their inventory well. The whole process, from test drive to paperwork, was smooth and transparent. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I never felt like anything was being glossed over or rushed. I would absolutely purchase from here again, and I recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone in the market for an Audi. If you want a dealership that treats you like a person and not just a sale, this is the place.

Audi FremontReviews
Audi Fremont review
ad a great experience purchasing my new RS 3 from Audi Fremont! Huge thanks to Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I had visited several other Audi dealerships before coming here, and Audi Fremont was easily the best experience. Sharang and Hunter treated me seriously and respectfully from the beginning. I told them that if they could give me a good deal, I was ready to purchase the car that day. They brought Hadi over, worked with me on the numbers, and gave me a great deal on the exact fully loaded RS 3 I wanted. My husband and I are both car enthusiasts, so we really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was about the car. We had a great time talking cars throughout the process. Excellent customer service, a smooth buying process, and a great deal. I’m extremely happy with my new RS 3 and would definitely come back to Audi Fremont for my next car. Thank you again, Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi!

Audi Nashville review
Sales personnel were very attentive and helpful. Worked to put an acceptable deal together. Everything was very positive except the wait to complete all the paperwork. This was a cash deal so the 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork took as long or longer than a finance deal. This needs to be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the dealership.

Audi DominionReviews
Audi Dominion review
Audi Dominion in San Antonio is THE BEST! I flew from AZ to San Antonio, specifically because Audi Dominion offered the most extensive selection of used Audi's in the country. Ariel spent the entire day with me, and expertly explained the nuanced in-and-out's of every model I test drove. Roland and Rick made it all come together by arranging very attractive pricing and hassle-free delivery to AZ. I've been driving my 2020 SQ5 for a month now, and literally 'tingle' every time the engine roars to live (no EVs for me :-)). THANK YOU Audi Dominion!!! Satisfied in Scottsdale
