2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

2018 Audi A5 review
Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. We were in the market for an Audi Q7 and had been in touch with multiple dealerships carrying the specifications we wanted. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.

2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
